From anyone that's on a budget...Dollar store items make a wonderful party favor for a 21st Birthday Party. Items needed: Mini bucket from wedding isle, foam, tissue paper, skewer sticks, mini cloth pins from the arts & crafts isle, salt and pepper container, peanuts and mini shot cups. And a mini liquor bottle from your local liquor store...$1 usually. Instructions: just paint the mini bucket to color choice. Insert a piece of foam and hot glue squares of tissue around the top of the foam along the outer ends. Insert skewers hot glues with the mini bottle in front and on the back attached with a mini cloth pin the mini shot glass and on the other one the container filled with the peanuts and Voila.....PARTY!!!
