1.3M views · 30K reactions | CornbreadTacoCasserole | This easy, delicious casserole is perfect for #TacoTuesday! | By Kells Kitchen | Hi, guys. Today, I'm making a taco Tuesday recipe using Jiffy Cornbread Mix. I use one egg two tablespoons of melted butter, and three/ 4 of a cup of heavy cream. This is going to make the moist cornbread that you are absolutely going to love. This is a little smaller than a 9 by 13. Spread this all around. You're going to put this into a 375 degree oven for about 20 minutes. This is one pound of ground beef. For that we're adding one packet of mild taco seasoning. I do so many taco Tuesdays on this show. I like trying on the different brands. This is a brand called CFA. Third a cup of water. Some corn. This is white and yellow and you could use Mexican if you want and this is a canned mild rotel. These together until it's all combined. We're going to take this and we're going to put this on top of oh my god by the way look at this cornbread doesn't that look great it's like the even even baking can't wait to dig into that later we're going to put all of this on top and spread it around. We get this cutting board on here and a bowl. 16 ounces. So two cups of sour cream. Go right in there. We're just going to use half a bag. So just one cup of this Mexican blend with these chopped up green onions. Mix this all together and then we're going to put this all over the top. And our last layer is the rest of that bag of Mexican brillet cheese. This is going to go into a 350 degree oven. Back in for another 15 to 20 minutes. Doesn't this look amazing? All that cheesy goodness on top of the ground beef and the cornbread. Gonna be topping everything with our favorite taco topping. So we're starting with some shredded lettuce. Fun chopped up tomato. And then I found these like already sliced black olive I'm going to DM. Let's see if we can get it out of here. Like that. Cut in. That cornbread on the bottom. So good. It's like a tamale. You should totally make this. It is so so good.

This original video produced by Network Media LLC, My... | By My Life | Two, three. Look at that. Our butter is nice and melted. Rizzle some of that into our nine by 13dish. Brush that so it's nice and coated. So, I'm going to add four tortillas around the outside. Add one tortilla in the center. I have a bag of shredded cheddar cheese and I am just going to coat the bottom they have some cherry tomatoes. Just going to add those all over. Perfect. Next up, I have some sour cream and I'm just going to drizzle all over. Now, I have some toscada shells and I'm just going to lay those right on top of that sour cream, alright? Next up, we need to add some cheese sauce right on top of those shells. Oh yeah. I have to say I love cheese sauce. You definitely can keep this part out if you don't like it but it's one of my absolute favorite things. And I just have some taco meat. I just made one pound of hamburger with some taco seasoning just like they say on the package directions. And I'm just going to add that right on top. I sauteed up some onions. About a half of an onion. And I'm just going to sprinkle a little bit on top. I'm going to add one tortilla in the center and then I'm going to fold these other tortillas over. So this taco crunch casserole is going to be delicious. Just going to take that melted butter that I had. Just add a little bit more so that I get that nice and coated. That's going to help so that it gets nice and golden. Alright guys. In the oven 375 degrees for about 30 minutes and then we're going to flip this over. Alright. Our crunch wrap casserole is done. It's so nice and crispy. So, I'm just going to take a cutting board, put it right on top 'cuz we're going to flip this over. One, two, three. It looks so good. At that. Alright, I know it's hot but I can't wait to have a bit of this. So, I'm just going to cut. Well, you can hear that crunch. Love it. Cut that up. Oh my gosh. I can't wait to show you guys. Look at this. Doesn't it look so good? Oh my gosh. Okay. So I'm going to add it to my plate. Then you know me. Gotta do a little garnishing but a little bit of lettuce on top. Little bit of some guacamole. Sour cream. Guess have to let me know what you're going to put on yours. You know me. Love my hot sauce. So just drizzle some of that on top. Okay, how easy was this and how cool does this look? Okay, I can't wait to try this. Okay. Here we go. And I have a little bit more than that. I'm so excited about this crunchwrap casserole. Here we go. Oh my gosh. Absolutely amazing. Yum.
