Source: @amilahsspot INGREDIENTS ⬇️ • 2 cups of Warm milk • 1tbs of yeast (I added 1/2 tsp because I used more milk than needed) • 3tbs of sugar • Salt • Butter • Flour • 1 egg •tsp of baking powder (Extra fluffy bread) INSTRUCTIONS: • 1. Warm 2 cups of milk, add 1 tbsp of yeast, 1 egg, 3tbs of sugar and let it sit for 10-15 minutes • 2. Then add 4.5 cups of flour and 1 tsp of salt and combine all ingredients til you get a sticky dough (add 1/2 cup if needed) • 3. Add half stick of butter (room temperatured) and knead until smooth. It’ll feel like it’s getting wet, just keep massaging in the butter until you get a soft dough. • 4. Cover your dough and let it rest for 20 minutes until it fills you bowl. • 5. When removing your dough it will feel fluffy, knead to relea
