Think corn on the cob but elevated 3 corn on the cobs, cut into quarters 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp smoked paprika 3 tsp BBQ seasoning @fortnums 1 lime 2-3 tbsp parmesan 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped - 1 1/2 tbsp Greek yoghurt @yeovalley 1 tbsp mayonnaise @hellmannsuk 1 tbsp sriracha @sriracha_fg 1/2 tbsp lime juice Pre-heat your oven to 190C/375F. Cut your corn into quarters. Add 3 tbsp olive oil into a baking tray followed by the corn ribs. Then add BBQ rub and smoked paprika and mix them all in with your fingers until all coated. Flip the corn so that the corn is face up and finish with another drizzle of olive oil. Place into the oven for 40-45 min

Ingredients: 1 lbs carrots 3 tbs olive oil 1/2 lemon, juiced 1 tbs honey 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 black pepper 1/4 cup feta Gremolata: 1/4 cup parsley 1/4 cup carrots tops or double the parsley 1 garlic clove, crushed 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 lemon, juiced + zested 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper Method: 1. Preheat oven to 400 F; 2. Wash and peel carrots; season with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, honey and paprika; roast for about 20-25 minutes; 3.
