• Collard greens
• One small sweet onion
• Green bell pepper
• 2 tbsp of minced garlic
• Any smoked sausage
• 1 big smoked turkey leg
• 1 pound of raw shrimp
• 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp of flour
• 4 cups water
4 tbsp vinegar
Seasonings
• Cajun seasoning
• Smoked paprika
• Garlic powder
• Adobo
• Montreal
• Italian seasoning
• Black pepper

Directions
• Big pot add about 4 cups water or enough to cover turkey leg, 4 tbsp vinegar.
• Add smoke turkey leg cover and boil on low medium heat until meat is tender. Save the water!! Once done clean meat off the bone and put aside.
