Hubby’s Kitchen Creations on Instagram: "HOW TO MAKE TENDER MEATBALLS... because no one likes dense balls! 🍝✨ Makes approximately 20 Ingredients: ½ cup panko breadcrumbs ½ cup whole milk 1 lb ground beef (85/15) ½ lb pork ½ lb veal ½ large yellow sweet onion 5 cloves garlic 1 tbsp salt ¼ tsp pepper ½ cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino Romano ¼ cup fresh chopped flat leaf parsley 1 egg, whisked Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. For the panade, combine panko and milk in a large bowl. Mash until smooth. Mix in all ground meats, grated onion, garlic, salt, pepper, cheese, parsley, and egg. Don’t overmix! Roll into 1¾ inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Simmer 8 cups of sauce. Add meatballs and let them cook for an additional 5 minutes. E
