Ingredients • ½ tsp Salt to taste • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder • ½ tsp Ground Peppercorns • 3 cuts New York Strip/Ribeye Steaks approx. ¾” thick • ½ tbsp Olive Oil • 2 tbsp Butter • 1 ½ cup Mushrooms • 1 tsp Garlic minced • 2 sprigs Thyme • 1 ⅓ cup Beef Stock • ⅓ cup Heavy Cream • 3 tbsp Bourbon Whiskey or Brandy optional • ½ tsp Ground Peppercorns • 1 tsp Corn Starch Instructions • Pat steaks dry, then liberally season with ground peppercorns, garlic powder and salt. • Cook seasoned steaks in olive oil and butter over medium/high heat.
