Circa 1910 Neoclassical Estate in Miami
Built in for John T. Peacock, one of Coconut Grove’s founders, this neoclassical-inspired residence spans 8,578 square feet on 1.06 acres. The two-story villa combines historic significance with modern luxury. Cherry hardwood floors, mahogany doors, and a grand columned façade highlight its timeless elegance. Recent updates include a steam bath with aromatherapy in the primary suite and a lit tennis court. A long, gated driveway leads to this lushly landscaped piece of Miami history.
Villa Serenita Coconut Grove Miami
The historic home in The Moorings was designed in the 1920s by prominent 19th-century Miami architect Walter De Garmo, known for designing iconic Miami buildings, like the Women’s Club of Coconut Grove. Over the years it was renovated by Portuondo Perrotti architects, and, most recently, by Bunny Williams in 2022 with $12 million in renovations. The Moorings is one of the few gated communities in Coconut Grove. The estate was featured in Miami Vice in the 1980's with scenes featuring Don Johnson and Rita Moreno.
