So, we're going to take two bags, not one, two bags of semi-sweet morsels and put them into a glass bowl along with a little bit of coconut oil, I'd say a tablespoon and microwave it on about 70% power for three minutes mixing in every 30 to 45 seconds until it's melted and pourable. You're going to pour that semi-sweet chocolate sauce all over the top of your cheesy crackers. Now, as a reminder, there is parchment paper underneath of these. So, you can kind of just mix it all around and then spread it out if you want and I just kind of did that. You just spread it all out and flatten it back down on the parchment paper and then came in with peanut butter. This is a natural peanut butter so it pours very very easily. I get this at Trader Joe's but you could use Skippy or Jiff and honestly, they probably be pretty good because they're kind of sweet and you just want to microwave them in a glass bowl because that plastic isn't BPA free and so yeah. Just mix it and pour it on top. Then make a cute design. Get some Cheez Its. Crush them up all over the top so you have a little bit more of that delicious cheesy flavour and then set this whole thing in the refrigerator for an hour or two and it's completely set. You should easily be able to pour that parchment paper right off of the back of this delicious bark and it's a butterfinger bark. Believe it or not it does taste like butterfingers. Let me know what you think in the comments and don't forget to share with your friends. Yum. Yeah.
