| Job Summary | The Social Worker Senior will closely follow patients in the Markey Outpatient setting. Will perform psycho-social evaluations, distress screenings, and assess the need for further financial, emotional and practical support. Make appropriate referrals to appropriate oncology community and nationwide resources. Help facilitate support groups and other patient-oriented programs. |

| Preferred Education/Experience | Master’s of Social Work plus 3 or more years related experience preferred. Experience with medical social work, oncology preferred. |
