Job Summary | The College of Arts and Science seeks an Administrative Support Associate I to support Undergraduate Student Affairs and Enrollment Management. This is a part time, remote position with flexible hours that reports to the Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Student Affairs. Primary responsibilities include organizing and maintaining electronic files, communicating with students to collect documents for appeals, applications, and reinstatements, managing deadlines and meetings, and document preparation. Secondary responsibilities include course and student scheduling. This position is key in helping the Enrollment Management unit keep up with processing requests and reports. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | The ideal candidate must have exceptional customer service, organizational and planning, attention to detail, and communication (both written and verbal) skills. We are seeking a collaborative individual with initiative, strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. In addition, experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and knowledge of business regulations. |
