There was a processed of manufacture injection sole’s shoes that require chemical release agent based on isoalkanes. Workers at the PSA Injection had risk of disturbance pulmonary function because exposure of isoalkanes. The objective of the study was to determine differences in pulmonary function description in the PSA Injection and in the management at PT. X. This research used a cross sectional design. After the population was choosen by inclusion criteria and calculated the minimum sample size number, the subject found 16 people and 13 people in the exposed group (PSA Injection) and the unexposed group (management). The independent variables were occupation, ages, working life, and nutritional status. The dependent variables were %FEV1 and %FVC. The analysis done with bivariate Student t test, Chi-square, Fisher’s exact, Biserial correlation and Pearson correlation test. Difference test showed no different between the description of %FEV1 and %FVC in the exposed group (p-value = 0,226) and in the unexposed group (p-value = 0,691). The relationship test between a job and %FEV1 (p-value = 0,219) and %FVC (p-value = 0,886) showed no correlation. There was a significant relationship between age, working life and nutritional status with %FEV1 in the exposed group p-value = 0,001; p-value = 0,000; p-value = 0,001. The conclusion is there are no difference in pulmonary function of the exposed group and the unexposed group. Environmental testing needs to be done in the workplace, special and periodic health checks to monitor the health of workers.
