Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kine... more Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Herang Hanjuang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner secara langsung kepada 30 karyawan CV Herang Hanjuang Bogor. Kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data-data yang diperoleh berupa Uji Instrumen yaitu Uji Validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, dan Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah model regresi linier bergand, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu: Uji Statistik t, Uji Statistik, dan Uji R 2. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y = 6.386 + 0.522 X 1 + 0.728 X 2. Berdasarkan Uji T menunjukkan diketahui nilai sig untuk pengaruh X 1 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0.004 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 3.111 > nilai t tabel sebesar 0.052. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H 00 ditolak dan H a0 diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh X 1 terhadap Y.serta Diketahui nilai sig untuk pengaruh X 2 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0.001 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 3.832 > nilai t tabel sebesar 0.052. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H 01 ditolak dan H a1 diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh X 2 terhadap Y. Uji F menunjukkan nilai signifikasi untuk pengaruh X 1 dan X 2 secara simultan terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai F hitung sebesar 13.277 > F tabel 3.34 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H 02 ditolak dan H a2 diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh X 1 dan X 2 secara simultan terhadap Y.Nilai R square sebesar 0.496 hal ini menggandung arti bahwa pengaruh variabel independent yaitu Motivasi Kerja (X 1) dan Iklim Organisasi (X 2) secara simultan terhadap variabel dependent yaitu Kinerja Karyawan (Y) adalah sebesar 49.6%.

This research is qualitatively carried out by analyzing the calculation of employee taxes using three methods and adjusting to the current regulations. The data is processed by a descriptive analysis test, namely by collecting and clarifying existing data. Then analyze the data to provide an accurate picture of the state of the company. The research results are that PT Tiara Insani Persada has not implemented tax planning according to applicable regulations so the corporate income tax rate that must be paid becomes very large. Papua is a province in Indonesia that has the highest number of poor people. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the level of poverty in Papua Province, so that it can be a reference for the government in efforts to overcome poverty, especially in Papua. This study uses quantitative research methods and uses secondary data obtained from the annual report of the Province, the Director General of Balance, Ministry of Finance, and BPS Papua Province. The data analysis used is panel data regression analysis. The results show that there is a significant effect of General Allocation Fund and Special Allocation Fund on Economic Growth, while Regional Original Income does not have a significant effect on Economic Growth. The approach in this research was quantitative. The data were obtained through a questionnaire with the Likert scaling technique. The population and sample in this study was 45 principals of high school, vocational and Aliyah private schools in Binjai and Langkat district. The sampling technique was accidental sampling was 45 respondents. The results showed that 1) marketing communication has a significant effect on brand trust. 2) Marketing communication has no effect on principal loyalty. 3) Student brand trust has a significant effect on the principal's loyalty. 4) Marketing communication has a significant effect on principal loyalty through brand trust.
