Max & Brandy drawn by @elysiuminfra
I'm really curious about your human OCs you posted today, they look so fun and I find the contrasting vibes comical! Are they like villains who work together and do they have a group name? Also what's their deal, what do they do?
Thank you! I really appreciate the curiosity :0]
In their world, heroes and villains are treated similar to performers and celebrities; an integrated part of their pop culture history. New Bogville, the city they live in, is especially known for its competitive supervillain circuit.
Angeline & Jesse are the villains of the cast. The aspiration is led by Angeline, who dreams of being a widely regarded and revered superstar. Together they make “Rangachari & Rayburn: Evil for Hire!”
There is no group name— Angeline is still workshopping— but I call the storyworld Mediocre Malefactors because, even with a “team”, Angeline & Jesse’s schemes rarely go according to plan.
Very interested in finding out who cooks- IF they cook. And what they are feeding that kiddo 😭🙏
I am going to assume you are talking about Whitney, Joan & Clementine!
Clementine is independent and familiar enough with using the stove to make certain things but she technically is not allowed to without Whitney’s supervision (that will not stop her though)
When she has the time, Whitney is the one who cooks and actually involves basic meal prep in her weekly routine.
Joan is feeding Clementine like canned ravioli and a handful of pistachios she found in her pocket.
Every friend group has the mad scientist intern, zombie divorcee, leather dyke juggalo, strange theatric taxidermist and double agent birdwatcher
Intros (in order of image)
Gina Chavera (she/her) - A high-strung lab intern who secretly desires to study supervillains and engineer novel gadgets/weaponry. Gina tries to approach things with logic and reason which is hard when the people around her don’t always make any sense to her.
David Katz-Chung (he/him) - Angeline’s zombie brother-in-law, taken in after his tumultuous divorce with her oldest sister. He's a nervous, accident-prone abstract artist who has experienced death and resurrection more times than any one person probably should.
Jesse Rayburn (she/her) - Ride-or-die partner in crime and dear friend to Angeline. She’s crude, lies for laughs and claims not to really care about anything, however, her unspoken intentions often prove otherwise. She carries villain experience from her history in an extreme roller derby gang.
Angeline Rangachari (she/her) - An ambitious wannabe villainess and ex-mortician who approaches every day with theatrical flair. Her novice reanimation powers can bring taxidermy animals to life to do her bidding (and give her unconditional love).
Harrier (they/them) - Trained and raised by the elusive Birds of Prey, Agent Harrier's utility to others, especially those they are most loyal to, makes up the majority of their sense of self. Last to join the ensemble, they are the designated getaway driver for this makeshift team.
“Don’t be such a downer, ok?”

Angeline Rangachari (She/Her) 🖤💎🦊
One of my oldest current active characters, I finally settled on my redesign for Angeline! So happy with how she’s developed since I first conceptualized her in 2015.
With her novice powers of reanimation, Angeline is known to bring taxidermy animals to life to do her bidding (and give her unconditional love/companionship)
She is morbidly curious and delights in the macabre, collecting oddities, vinyl records and fashion dolls. Performance arts and film are also within her realm of interest. She is very determined, sharp witted and easily distractible. Always styling her own outfits and always committed to the bit, Angeline is a passionate seamstress and taxidermist with a degree in funeral services and mortuary science.
She currently works as a freelance villainess alongside her ride or die partner in crime, Jesse Rayburn.
