The consumption of fuel is on the increase in metropolitan cities due to enhanced trip lengths, shift of modal share towards personalized modes of travel and congested intersections. When the vehicles are waiting for their turn to clear the intersection, the drivers normally keep the engines of their vehicle on and this result in extra fuel consumption. Small amount of fuel wasted, aggregated over number of cycles per day, number of days per year and number of signalized intersections in a huge quantity of fuel. Swastik cross road intersection has been selected in this study to ascertain fuel loss during idling of vehicles. It is found that 63.53 liters of petrol, 33 liters of diesel and 73.30 kg of CNG is being wastage everyday due to idling of vehicles at Swastik intersection. Convert it in to monetary terms shows that at only this one intersection fuel of around Rs. 9000 lost per four hour of day. If extent this figure up to whole year than it comes out that around Rs. 3.25 milli...
— Ancient ancestors had 12 strand DNA, hence had more intelligence than modern humans. Sanskrit documents contain advanced science and technology in them, which are documented by ancient ancestors. In the process of giving their valuable information to the next generations of human race, Maharshi bharadwaja and several other ancient scientists or Rushis provided us Texts like Vimana shasthra. This paper describes modern day rediscoveries and Reinventions from Vimana shasthra. Our team SWASTIK (Scientific works on Advanced Space technology Investigators for Knowledge) is group of researchers working on lost advanced ultimate ancient technology. SWASTIK team works on different types of vimana to make vimana prototypes, their propulsion systems, modern software works such as 3D modeling design of vimana and aerodynamic, thermal analysis, and ancient materials properties for advanced space radiation are described in this paper. Rocket Launch Technology of ancient ancestors are more highly advanced than compared to modern technology. Raja Loha, A high-heat-absorbing alloy used for the bodies of various flying crafts, preparation, and properties of each material in its compositions are also mentioned in the paper and also describes our research works on Rukma vimana, which reveal that it is an advanced interplanetary Vedic space vehicle.

Today's education world, there is a possibility for the child gets promoted and moved to higher education or society, having pass certificate or qualified degree in their hand but no skills or ability acquired. It results in Negative Learners outcome also as follows. 1. Slow learners are (promoted) moved to next higher standard. 2. Mediocre students are more in numbers when they moved to next higher classes. 3. Good learners are left free while the teachers' pay their attention to the mediocre. It is very hard for the student to face the reality and challenges of the world, practically that situation gives students stress and psychologically affected citizens. This Action Research paper proposes a KLMN SWASTIK MODEL after analysing the students' academic performance and their respective emotional development. The proposed model assures the progress and improvement and better all-round development of a student.
This paper presents a novel design of a Swastik shape microstrip antenna with compact nature and the study of various antenna parameters. The antenna is fed by coaxial probe feeding technique. The proposed microstrip antenna is designed and simulated in CSTsimulation software. Design antenna at 1.7GHz (L-band) frequency, we study and investigate the results using CST software. We use the same dielectric substrate 4.2, loss tangent.02 and having the same substrate height 1.6mm. The antenna size is very compact (52.29 mm × 67.74 mm × 1.6mm) and covers 1.7 GHz to 2.6 GHz The designed antenna on 1.7GHz (L-band) frequency showing the bandwidth 21.7% an having return loss -21.783 dB. All the other respective results, i.e., VSWR, gain, directivity and power pattern of both the bands are shown with the help of CST software.
—Let G be a (p, q) graph. A bijective vertex labeling function f : V (G) → {1, 2,. .. p} is called a difference cordial labeling if for each edge uv, assign the label |f (u) − f (v)| then |e f (0) − e f (1)| ≤ 1, where e f (1) and e f (0) denote the number of edges labeled with 1 and not labeled with 1 respectively. A graph with a difference cordial labeling is called a difference cordial graph. In this paper, we prove that cycle with one chord, cycle with twin chords and cycle with triangle admit difference cordial labeling.
Between 3 and 5 million households in India live in slums that occupy Urban Local Body (ULB) lands. These households lack security of tenure and are liable for eviction, a condition that discourages them from investing in their own socio-economic development. Unless the land which these slums are occupying is hazardous, or required for critical city infrastructure, ULBs can extend a “Land Rental” model to these communities. This paper argues for the conversion of slums occupying ULB lands to rental housing, thus redefining the household as tenant and the ULB the social landlord that rents land to the household. Such a model will provide much-needed security of tenure to these vulnerable households. At the same time, ULBs can recover a nominal rent on the land, creating a win-win situation. An added advantage will be that the tenants, usually more than a third of the households in a slum, can also continue their life without disruption as the housing unit continues to be recognised as an asset of the slum household. ULBs can gain a significant source of revenue even at nominal rental rates, enabling them to raise market finance when required and thus increasing their fiscal autonomy. The following sections outline the case for this proposition, strategic options for its implementation and potential threats and opportunities.

In this paper a microstrip antenna loading with swastik slot is designed. Here, the shape of patch is rectangular and partial ground plane is used. The antenna designing is done by using HFSS simulation tool. Feeding is done by using microstrip feed line. After designing antenna we see the effect of variation in the dielectric material of substrate, width of swastik slot, feed position and ground plane variation on antenna bandwidth is analyzed. Finally, the proposed antenna design gives optimum impedance bandwidth of 10.5 GHz operating over a frequency range of 4.1 to 14.6 GHz with VSWR < 2. These characteristics make the designed antenna suitable for various ultra wideband applications.

In the early days of Artificial Intelligence, it was observed that tasks which humans consider ‘natural’ and ‘commonplace’, such as Natural Language Understanding, Natural Language Generation and Vision were the most difficult task to carry over to computers. Nevertheless, attempts to crack the proverbial NLP nut were made, initially with methods that fall under ‘Symbolic NLP’. One of the products of this era was ELIZA. At present the most promising forays into the world of NLP are provided by ‘Neural NLP’, which uses Representation Learning and Deep Neural networks to model, understand and generate natural language. In the present paper the authors tried to develop a Conversational Intelligent Chatbot, a program that can chat with a user about any conceivable topic, without having domain-specific knowledge programmed into it. This is a challenging task, as it involves both ‘Natural Language Understanding’ (the task of converting natural language user input into representations that a machine can understand) and subsequently ‘Natural Language Generation’ (the task of generating an appropriate response to the user input in natural language). Several approaches exist for building conversational chatbots. In the present paper, two models have been used and their performance has been compared and contrasted. The first model is purely generative and uses a Transformer-based architecture. The second model is retrieval-based, and uses Deep Neural Networks.

The study examines the nature of ritual practices adopted by the pagans of the late Roman Empire under the conditions of a complete legislative ban on all forms of traditional worship. Based on several reports about religious rites performed in the places, which were once occupied by pagan sanctuaries, it is argued that from the point of view of worshippers of the ancient gods the ruins and remnants of the decoration of their former shrines continued to retain religious significance even after their desacralisation. Moreover, idolaters continued to venerate the locations where the pagan cult had once taken place, even if these sites were occupied by Christian sanctuaries. Analyses of hagiographic accounts allow us to assert that pagans or crypto pagans visited Christian temples to offer prayers to the gods, and even attempted to perform ancient rituals in the sanctuaries of the new faith. Since the harsh anti-pagan legislation prevented them from revealing their motives for visiting churches, they averted suspicion of performing forbidden rites by pretending to appeal to the Christian God and His saints.
