Dalam kajian-kajian ilmu politik ditegaskan bahwa tugas-tugas kepala negara untuk mencapai tujuan negara antara lain membuat undang-undang dan peraturan-peraturan serta melaksanakannya, menghukum orang yang salah, meminta pertimbangan dari orang-orang yang dipandang cakap dan mengetahui hal-hal tertentu. Upaya untuk mencapai tujuan negara menurut Charles E. Merriam, negara mempunyai lima fungsi, yaitu keamanan ekstern, ketertiban intern, kesejahteraan umum, kebebasan dan keadilan. Menurut Budiardjo, setiap negara apapun bentuknya mempunyai minimum empat fungsi yang mutlak yang perlu dilaksanakan oleh kepala negara, yaitu melaksanakan penertiban untuk mencapai tujuan bersama, mencegah konflik-konflik dalam masyarakat, mengusahakan kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran rakyat, membangun pertahanan untuk memelihara kemungkinan serangan dari luar, menegakkan keadilan.

Remaja merupakan generasi penerus bangsa sehingga dalam kehidupan perlu mendapat informasi dan pendidikan yang layak baik secara ilmu pengetahuan maupun keagamaan. Pengetahuan yang benar dan pemberian informasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi khususnya HIV/ AIDS , sangat penting untuk kehidupan remaja agar tidak terjebak dalam pola kehidupan yang salah. Di Indonesia masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi informasi tentang HIV/AIDS , mengingat data tentang pengetahuan HIV / AIDS yang didapat remaja dari petugas kesehatan 60%, orang tua remaja 65%, dan presentase tertinggi di perioleh remaja dari teman yaitu sebesar 77,3%, dari data tersebut menunjukkan peran orang tua dan petugas kesehatan masih kurang sehingga remaja lebih cenderung memilih bertanya pda teman .

In principle, these two discontinuities are the same, raising interest rates (interest rate) to make payments. Annuity uses a person's survival factor (survival). The survival factor in question is a survival opportunity for people to begin with birth. Therefore, survival factor is a distribution of opportunity known as the distribution of time that will come (future lifetime distribution). Thus, living discontinuities form a distribution of opportunity referred to as the distribution of live discontinuity.

Από τη δεκαετία του 1970, όταν εμφανίστηκε για πρώτη φορά στην Αμερική ο όρος σεξουαλική παρενόχληση η προσοχή των ακαδημαϊκών και του κοινού στο συγκεκριμένο φαινόμενο έχει αυξομειωθεί ανά περιόδους βάσει ορισμέ- νων ιστορικών και κοινωνικοπολιτικών γεγονότων. Στη διεθνή βιβλιογραφία το φαινόμενο διακρίνεται σε τρεις μορφές, παρενόχληση βάση φύλου, η οποία σύμφωνα με τις έρευνες αποτελεί το συχνότερο είδος, ανεπιθύμητη σεξουα- λική προσοχή και σεξουαλικός εξαναγκασμός. Ο ιδιαίτερος χαρακτήρας του φαινομένου της σεξουαλικής παρενόχλησης συνοψίζεται στον σχολιασμό της φεμινίστριας νομικού Catharine MacKinnon σύμφωνα με την οποία, ελλείψει όρου ικανού να την περιγράψει, η σεξουαλική παρενόχληση μέχρι το 1979 κυ- ριολεκτικά δεν αρθρωνόταν από τις γυναίκες, γεγονός που καθιστούσε αδύ- νατη τη σύνταξη ενός γενικού, κοινού και κοινωνικού ορισμού (McLaughlin et al., 2017).

The preliminary investigation of the astronomical orientation of monuments at Styra, southern Euboea, includes the triple so called 'dragon house' complex at Laka Palli, one dragon house at Kapsala and one on the summit of Mount Oche, and a monumental gate in the megalithic fortification wall at Armena. Recent luminescence testing dates these remains to approximately the Classical period with apparent re-use in Roman and later times. Thus far no definite astronomical orientation has been determined in the layout of the structures and no celestial stone markers or similar features have been found associated with the dragon houses, however, the relationship of significant stars, constellations and solar stands was well known in antiquity, and the limited results presented here suggests the possibility for further investigation. This study, which considered possible orientations related to sun rise and sun set for the summer and winter solstice , as well as, alignments towards equinoxes and major bright stars and constellations , did observe a general preference for a southern orientation at most of the sites and a possible feature for time observations in the dragon house complex at Laka Palli.

I would like to argue that though the crisis of multilateralism is very real, it is neither recent nor very lamentable. Postwar multilateralism, of the Bretton Woods institutions (the IMF, World Bank, GATT) for instance, actually embodied vast power differences rooted in the history of imperialism. It did, however, unite former imperial powers in in this sense, it was a distinctly western multilateralism, which was, as we shall see, more an attempted supranationalism masquerading as, and often forced to be, multilateralism. As such, it was never very attractive to the vast majority of the world’s countries and people. Their opposition to it initially culminated in the formation of the G77 and its demand for a New International Economic Order (NIEO). Though later ‘globalization’ institutions, such as the WTO or the ICC, claimed to lessen these power differentials, they remain largely still-born.

How is this new buzzword called digital transformation related to the fourth SONA of President Duterte? With reference to EoDB, the President stressed once again the need to improve the service delivery of government offices through electronic means to simplify business processes. This is of course very much aligned with the e-Commerce Law and digital transformation. Though the reason behind highlighting EoDB was not mentioned by the President, we can trace back the World Bank’s EoDB ranking of the Philippines out of 190 economies from 2008 to 2018: 141 (2008); 144 (2009); 134 (2010); 136 (2011); 133 (2012); 108 (2013); 97 (2014); 99 (2015); 99 (2016); 113 (2017); and 124 (2018). Unfortunately, we haven’t improved our ranking yet since the President assumed office in 2016. Hence, his intense utterance: “‘Pag hindi pa ninyo nagawa ‘yan ngayon, papatayin ko talaga kayo!…”
