Similarity analysis of the boundary flow over a flat surface in a non-Newtonian fluid is considered. Many of the non-Newtonian fluids which occur in practical applications, such as molten plastics, polymers, foods exhibit the so-called Ostwald-de-Waele power law nonlinearity. Introducing the stream function in governing partial differential equations of mathematical models of various physical processes and choosing the similar variables we obtain the boundary value problem for the similar ordinary differential equation or their system. These similar equations have different type of non-linearity and depend on parameters. Zusammenfassung: Der Beitrag befasst sich mit einer Sammelhandschrift des ausgehenden 14. Jahrhunderts (Nürnberg, Germanisches Nationalmuseum, Hs 3227a) und vertritt die These, dass die darin enthaltene Erstüberlieferung der Fechtlehre des Johannes Liechtenauer von einem anonymen Schreiber während seiner eigenen praktischen Ausbildung in der Fechtkunst niedergeschrieben wurde. Aus der Perspektive der Informationsverarbeitung wird vor diesem Hintergrund das Verhältnis von verkörpertem Wissen (embodied knowledge), Körpertechniken des Kämpfens und frühen Versuchen der Bewegungsnotation in der Quellengattung der Kampfbücher diskutiert, die in engem Zusammenhang mit der Herausbildung der spätmittelalterlichen Expertenkultur der Fechtmeister standen. Die Untersuchung stützt sich auf eine detaillierte Autopsie der im Zentrum stehenden Handschrift, deren Entstehungsprozess im Sinne einer Objektbiographie nachgezeichnet wird. Este artículo explora el problema de la construcción binaria del género en su relación con los modelos de ciencia hegemónicos. Con este fin, la autora realiza un análisis de El viaje del emperador, película documental que ganó el premio Óscar de la Academia en 2006, examinando la manera como en ella se construye una idea de objetividad científica para apoyar un modelo de género binario y heteronormativo. Estas construcciones son cuestionadas en su vínculo con la figura del testigo modesto. Finalmente, a partir de la figuración y la especulación feminista, se proponen narrativas alternativas para pensar futuros posibles, lejos de las figuras hegemónicas de género y ciencia. Este artigo explora o problema da construção binária do gênero em relação aos modelos de ciência hegemônicos. Com esse objetivo, a autora analisa A Marcha dos Pinguins, um documentário que ganhou o prêmio Óscar da Academia em 2006, examinando como nele se constrói uma ideia de objetividade científica para apoiar um modelo de gênero binário e heteronormativo. Essas construções são questionadas em sua ligação com a figura da testemunha modesta. Finalmente, com base na figuração e especulação feminista, são propostas narrativas alternativas para pensar futuros possíveis longe das figuras hegemônicas de gênero e ciência. This article explores the problem of binary gender construction in relation to hegemonic science models. To this end, the author analyzes March of the Penguins, a documentary film that won the Academy Award for Best Documentary (Feature) in 2006, examining how it constructs an idea of scientific objectivity to support a binary and heteronormative gender model. These constructions are questioned in relation to the figure of the modest witness. Finally, through feminist figuration and speculation, alternative narratives are proposed to envision possible futures beyond the hegemonic figures of gender and science.

The flourishing presence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in daily life emphasizes the necessity for education about AI. It is crucial to create tailored educational materials and tools to meet the unique educational needs of diverse groups. This ongoing project aims to develop personalised educational tools for AI literacy for different groups of society (i.e., children, teachers, and adults). The perception and knowledge of AI by these groups will be explored. Participatory design workshops with teachers and adults will assist in the development of personalised educational tools for these groups tailored to the specific needs of each group and their perceptions of AI. Finally, this project aims to identify the best practices for developing personalised educational tools for AI literacy for each group. In this essay I argue that the current hyper-partisan politics, including extreme partisanship among Christians, erodes the concept of "objective truth" and undermines the witness and integrity of the church.

Son yıllarda yaşlı nüfusunun artması ile birlikte yaşlılık konusunda yapılan çalışmalar da giderek artmaktadır. Ancak yaşlılık ile ilgili alan yazını incelendiğinde yaşlılık ve cinsellik konusunda yapılan çalışmaların oldukça az olduğu görülmektedir. Yaşlılar başta olmak üzere toplumdaki kişiler tarafından yaşlılıkta cinselliğin sürmediğine ya da sürmemesi gerektiğine inanılmaktadır. Halbuki 40-80 yaşları arasındaki erkeklerin %80'i ve kadınların %65'inden fazlası son bir yıl içinde cinsel birleşme yaşadığını belirtirken, erkeklerin sadece %17'si ve kadınların %23'ü yaşlı insanların cinsel istek duymadığını ifade etmiştir. Yaşlılıkta yaşanan cinsel sorunların tek nedeni ilerleyen yaş değildir. Yaşlanmayla birlikte insanlar bazı fizyolojik, psikolojik ve sosyal değişimler yaşamaktadır. Bu değişimler, tüm yaşam alanlarını olduğu gibi doğal olarak kişinin eş ilişkileri ve cinselliğini de etkilemektedir. Cinsel problemleri, cinsel fonksiyonlarda yaşlanmayla ortaya çıkan kaçınılmaz bir düşüş olarak görmek yerine, yaşlanan kişilerin fiziksel sağlık, mental sağlık, partner ilişkileri gibi yaşamın farklı alanlarındaki özelliklere bağlı ortaya çıkan problemler olarak görmenin daha doğru olduğu belirtilmektedir. Sağlıklı bir cinsel yaşamın diğer yaşam alanlarıyla yakından ilişkisi göz önüne alındığında, yaşlılık döneminde cinsel sağlığın korunması ve cinsel yaşamın iyileştirilmesi yaşlıların fiziksel sağlığı, psikolojik iyi oluşları/sağlıkları ve yaşam doyumlarını sağlamak açısından önemli olmaktadır. Bu makalede yaşlı cinselliğini etkileyen fizyolojik, psiko-sosyal ve kültürel faktörlere ve yaşlı cinselliğinin sürmesini ve korunumunu sağlama hakkındaki alan yazınına değinilmiştir.

Bu çalışmada, anayasaların temel felsefesini, dayandıkları ilke ve değerleri açıklayan başlangıç metinleri tarihsel gelişim, temel özellikler, sembolik ve özellikle hukuki değer bağlamında Liberal, Sosyalist ve İslami anayasacılıktan örnekler verilmek suretiyle karşılaştırmalı olarak analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada 1961 Anayasası’nın yürürlüğe girmesiyle birlikte, Türk anayasalarında yer verilmeye başlanan başlangıç metinlerinin hukuki değeri ve anayasal denetim süreçlerindeki etkileri, 1961 ve 1982 anayasalarında düzenlenen hükümlerin yanı sıra, Türk Anayasa Mahkemesi’nin kararları ve Türk hukuk doktrinindeki görüşler ışığında incelenmiştir. Çalışmada ayrıca, 1982 Anayasası’nın ilk yürürlük tarihinden itibaren güncelliğini koruyan “yeni anayasa” tartışmalarında başlangıç kısmına ilişkin görüş ve öneriler de değerlendirilmiştir.
