This article will look at the relationship between law and the situation surrounding the global economy. With descriptive analysis, explored how the legal and economic information as two subsystems, interacting. The interaction between the two subsystems are evident with the approach of the study of law and society. The development of global economy have implications for the policies of national law automatically. Analysis shows that this is due to the preconditions which has done by economic and trading organizations. This tallows the political hegemony of the powerful state (forward) against weak countries (poor / developing). Abstrak Artikel ini akan melihat keterkaitan antara hukum dan situasi ekonomi global yang melingkupinya. Dengan analisis deskriptif, digali informasi bagaimana hukum dan ekonomi sebagai dua subsistem, saling berinteraksi. Interaksi antara kedua subsistem tersebut nampak jelas dengan pendekatan studi hukum dan masyarakat. Perkembangan ekonomi global dunia secara otomatis berimplikasi pada kebijakan hukum nasional. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa hal ini disebabkan adanya prasyarat yang diberlakukan oleh organisasi-organisasi ekonomi dan perdagangan duniaInilah yang selanjutnya memungkinkan terjadinya politik hegemoni negara kuat (maju) terhadap negara lemah (miskin/berkembang).

L’objectif est de présenter une idée plus claire des habitations ostiennes des premiers siècles av. et apr. J.‑C. à travers leurs décorations picturales. Les premiers résultats concernent les fragments d’enduit peint retrouvés dans les fouilles des Terme Bizantine (IV, IV, 8), du Caseggiato dei Lottatori (V, III, 1) et du Caseggiato delle Ta­berne Finestrate (IV, V, 18). C’est de ce dernier édifice que provient le matériel que nous étudions et que nous présenterons dans le cadre de cette brève contribution.

Information and communication technologies (ICT) are tools that are growing increasingly in several areas, especially in education. Thus, this article presents the results of a research that aimed to verify the contributions of the Geek One Digital Platform in the school routine as a didactic resource to enhance the learning of various content with high school students. This is a field research, with a qualitative approach. For data collection, an online form was used. This contained 7 multiple choice questions and was applied with 58 students aged 14 to 17 years, in 5 classes of a high school, private network in the city of Santiago-RS. This form was sent to the students via WhatsApp group of the school classes. The results show that the various digital tools, available on the Geek One Digital Platform, contributed to the development of an inclusive practice and interaction between teachers and students, learning of the concepts studied and the development of Digital Culture among participants. In addition, the Geek One Platform, despite having a pre-established layout, allows teachers to have autonomy in the insertion of their own materials (whether texts or activities), creation of evaluative instruments (works, tests, etc.) and organization of activities according to their context and learning objectives. Another advantage presented by the Geek One Platform is that both the student and the teacher have access to the material offline, either on the electronic device itself or through documents in the form of Portable Document Format (PDF). The limitations of this study lie in the lack of knowledge of teachers to tools, present in digital platforms, and their pedagogical use; the lack of free accessibility of students and teachers.
