This is a well-made product. Seems sturdy and appears that it will be weatherproof but it hasn't rained since I started using it. Assembly was fairly straightforward. Instructions were clear for the most part but were a bit weak in some descriptions, nothing terrible, but could use some work. Here is the part that was unexpected. The 12 holes in the lid hinge brackets (6 per bracket) were too small to accommodate the screws that had to go through them. I had to drill the holes larger to make it work. Could be a showstopper for someone that is expecting that a screwdriver is all they need and don't have a drill or drill bits. This was the only issue that I had with the assembly. It took me approximately 2 hours to finish the assembly and that was by myself. I'd say it doesn't require 2 people necessarily, but it would make parts of the task easier.
