Strange, stylized series of post-apocalyptic vignettes. No particularly strong plot thread; the story wanders, rather than traveling somewhere. Intriguing for the questions it raises about the setting and enjoyable for both the visuals and the few details it does provide. The writing isn't especially interesting, but it's a good art piece.

The art is original and attractive as much as it is dark and frightening. There is just enough humanity left to make me want to protect the bits and pieces that are left. A world like a burning wooden match, rapidly reaching for my fingers.

I remember reading a chapter of this many years ago in the Robot Anthology. I always really loved the artwork and plot of the chapter I had read.
I'm afraid I was disappointed to find that in the full book there was nudity of underage characters (who look extremely young). I won't be keeping this one.
