- Reviewed in the United States on May 15, 2019As a huge fan of Monster Girl genre this manga is everything I have ever dream up! What can you expect? Hot waifus, intriguing story, style and sick battles with tons of fanservice (Kyochuu Rettou is tame). Lets break it apart:
1. Waifus: the manga has interesting waifus to pick from with unique personalities. Their design is fantastic and it really makes them stand out from your average lamia or horse girl. His designs are unique to his manga till this day.
2. Fanservice: Expect a lot of it and that is the best part. Its steamy, hot and the author doesn't hold back. For fans of the genre you are going to love it. Check it online to see what I mean.
3. Story: Is a simple story with a solid concept. Is a wrestling show for Monster Girls where hybrids and pure breeds fight one another. Is actually very fun to read and the author has the flexibility to make it more interesting if he desires so. I think simple stories deliver a big punch as time goes on since it allows you to focus on what you want to do without running out of ideas. But, for a fan, you are getting a good package.
4. Artsyle: This manga truly stands out! Is energetic, detail, and really draws you in. Not only to the battles but to the characters themselves. However, sometimes there is a lot going on a page and it can be hard to follow. It is the only major flaw that can be fix with good feedback. Fortunately, it is readable, enjoyable and in the second volume the author can actually organize it to bring a better experience.
In conclusion, this manga has tremendous potential to be a solid series for us fans of the Shonen and Monster Girl genre since I haven't since something like this in the market. I strongly encourage you to check the manga online first to see if this is to your liking. If you do enjoy this series Vol. 2 will drop on November 11,2019. I have a great feeling that we are seeing the start of an amazing manga! Share it with your bros and lets make it big.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 31, 2019It's rare to find a monster-girl series that isn't a harem series, but Monster Wrestling is an awesome shonen-action wrestling series. No boys being useless self-insert characters here; just awesome monster girls wrestling. The art is really clean and unique with designs that are as stylistic as they are sexy. The story is a lot of fun and exciting with great characters, especially the two leading ladies. There's even some yuri flavor to the series. Monster Wrestling was a great surprise!

- Reviewed in the United States on July 25, 2020So if your like myself, thinking this might be a legit cool, fighting series, it would be more accurate to say its...
WELL you will get a small dash of that,1% , topped by by a layer of 95% fan service, & 4% of S&M. . .
Anyways, I regret this purchase. I didn't read any reviews before purchasing, I just went purely with "Demi Humans fighting one another" kind of deal... that's the way my line of thought went.
So if your wanting fan service, & crazy wild scenes.. (I actually think a lot of the panels were crowded, with too much line art, while reading on a Samsung note 9) anyways, check this out.
If that isn't your cup of tea. Well you've been warned.
Over all its Okay, illustration wise, but story wise? the story is.. simple as can be, & its executed very very poorly.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 30, 2020This is the first time I read something that I didn’t know anything about, but once reading it I started to enjoy the it. If you like monster girls and all out bawls you might want to take a look at this manga.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 6, 2019I think this volume marks the beginning of a great sports, Monster Girl series. I can also say that this is the most interesting sports series considering that there are 4 series related to the genres of monster girls/ sports series.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 15, 2019nice art and story, pretty monster girls, the flow of the story is smooth copped at times, but one of the better monster girl story out there that i have read.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 6, 2019The description is actually interesting: pretty monster girls, and wrestling. Then that's all to it. Lets just say the plot is paper thin, and the promised action looks nothing than just a bunch of unintelligible lines. It's very difficult at times to understand what is exactly happening in the scene. You'll have to backtrack several times to know what's goin on.
Regarding the art direction, I sometimes feel like the character designs are rather lazy. The titular Cerberus girl is basically a nekomimi with 2 floating dog heads. Then, there's the first villian which is just a giant snake with a woman torso sitting atop the snake's skull. At times, I believe, the characters doesn't even look appealing. Not even scary, just off.
If we try not to pay attention to the rather amorphous characters, and the unlikable smut (this ain't even subtle about it), the plot leaves a lot to be desired. To begin with, it moves the interesting parts super slow, with almost none of the details provided for world building. None of the characters have been introduces besides an incredibly short description, almost as if they had no motivations at all.
I'm sad this good idea didn't get enough care put into the important details. And the ink, gosh, that's so much ink!

5.0 out of 5 stars BEST MONSTER GIRLS MANGA SERIES EVER!
Das will schon was heißen.

5.0 out of 5 stars Monster Musume y Lucha libre
