    The Secretary of Commerce initiated investigations under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962 to determine the effects on the national security of imports of the following: 

     

    Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, data, analyses, or information pertinent to the Semiconductors and Pharmaceuticals Investigations to https://www.regulations.gov by May 7, 2025.
