About Susan

I am looking for a position (5-30 hours) working with children where I can share my education and experiences. It is important to provide children with activities and experiences unique to their individual development. My philosophy is to partner with the parents about their child's individualized care. Communication is the center of everything and done open, honest, and transparent. My rates are $20-$25/hour but can be negotiable. I have 30+ years of experience working with children from birth to 21+ in a variety of ECE programs. I have worked with children who had special abilities and a variety of medical conditions. I obtained my MS in Early Childhood Admin, my BS in Family Child Development, and my AS in ECE. I specialized in working with infant/toddlers, their teachers, and programs to increase quality services to families. Let's CHAT!
