I am a certified math educator in the state of Louisiana, and I have 5 years of experience in education. The majority of my experience is teaching middle school math and Algebra 1, and my college major was English. I spent a year teaching English in South Korea to a kindergarten class with little or no English knowledge. During my tenure, 95% of my students passed the Algebra 1 End-of-Course exam.
