"Street shoe" refers to a shoe that you would buy for everyday wear.

The full-sole ballet shoe is designed for a younger, less experienced dancer and provides a stable base to move on. The split-sole ballet shoe helps the more experienced dancer exhibit their technique by limiting the outsole to the toe and heel sections of the shoe.

When your dance instructor informs that you are ready to be fitted for pointe shoes or purchase a new shoe style, she will refer you to a highly experienced pointe shoe salesperson for your pointe shoe fitting.

A Return Authorization is a number assigned by Dancewear Solutions that reflects approval for sending back merchandise.

Merchandise approved for a return should be sent to us within 10 business days or the item(s) may no longer be eligible.

If you don’t have a Dancewear Solutions account, you can still do an online return request. Simple click on the Start a Return button on our exchanges/returns page and follow the instructions.

Yes! Place all Return Authorization Summary paperwork inside the package and on top of the merchandise. Please write the Return Authorization Numbers (RA#s) on the outside of the shipping package.
