Resting into awareness

Meditation is gaining momentum in modern culture. But why is the Western world only just catching up with what ancient Eastern teachings have practised for centuries?

I run meditation courses and classes online, and events in the UK, Indonesia, Australia and Mexico, and have had the pleasure of spending time with people from all over the world — sometimes those who are meditating for the very first time.

I don’t claim to be a “teacher” or an expert, more a facilitator. In my opinion, meditation is a deeply personal experience. I believe it is about you; finding quiet in your mind and body, connection to the energy that you identify as “self” and that which is beyond
