Playing the drums. Saying “no” to a slice of pizza. Going to bed on time. Why is it that some things can seem so simple, yet they’re not easy?

Last winter, I took on the challenge of the 100 Day Project. For those not familiar with the challenge, it’s simple: you choose a creative project and do it every day for 100 days, while sharing your daily progress online.

But again, do not confuse simple with easy.
