Nurture A Felt Sense of Gratitude

In this practice, we will be connecting ideas and thoughts with bodily sensations. I'll walk you through all of it. Follow along and do what works for you.

1 Begin by choosing a posture that’s comfortable for you: standing, sitting, or lying down. Allow your gaze to be soft. Take a nice big inhale, and then exhale slowly.
