D-Day 80, 5 June

Portsmouth will host a major national commemorative event to mark the 80th anniversary of D-Day. Thousands of members of the public will be invited to join D-Day veterans, Armed Forces personnel and VIP guests on Southsea Common. The event will feature military musicians, a Royal Air Force flypast and moving tributes from special guests, and will be broadcast live in the UK.

Really Useful Family History Show! 15 June

The Family History Federation’s Really Useful Show, will be taking place, live at Nottingham University, and showcasing the Romany and Traveller Family History Society.
