+ capsicums, coriander
+ savoy cabbage, broccoli
+ reduced-salt soy sauce

Serves 4

✔dairy free

1 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 red onions, sliced into fine wedges
2 red and 2 yellow capsicums, sliced
1 small head savoy cabbage, shredded
2½ cups broccoli florets
¹⁄³ cup reduced-salt vegetable stock
2 tablespoons reduced-salt soy sauce
430g cooked, tails-on peeled king prawns
Small handful fresh coriander sprigs
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

Spray a non-stick wok or large frying pan with a little oil and heat over medium-high heat. Cook the mustard seeds until they start to pop.
