      This book started off strong and I thought it was going to go a different way. The overall story was fun to read. The MMC was enjoyable to listen to and I enjoyed his arc in the story. The FMC was fun and likeable on the whole and there wasn’t much character development and growth on her part.
      Both narrators were good. Especially with the Scottish accents they had to use.

      Unfamiliar with the series, I read Before Him first when No Ordinary Gentleman is actually first in the series. Even so, I thoroughly enjoyed both books! I was engaged from the beginning and finished No Ordinary Gentleman within two days! Narration was outstanding! I’ll be looking for more books by the author.
