Mhairi McFarlane
Sunday Times bestselling author Mhairi McFarlane was born in Scotland, and her unnecessarily confusing name is pronounced Vah-Ree. Great read! Made me laugh, my eyes well up here and there, and brought a smile to my face. I like that characters are multifaceted, way more interesting than the binary good-bad person.
