About this audiobook
Who hasn’t wondered for a split second what the world would be like if a person who is the object of your affliction ceased to exist? But then you’ve probably never heard of The McMasters Conservatory, dedicated to the consummate execution of the homicidal arts. To gain admission, a student must have an ethical reason for erasing someone who deeply deserves a fate no worse (nor better) than death. The campus of this “Poison Ivy League” college—its location unknown to even those who study there—is where you might find yourself the practice target of a classmate…and where one’s mandatory graduation thesis is getting away with the perfect murder of someone whose death will make the world a much better place to live.
Prepare for an education you’ll never forget. A “fiendishly funny” (Booklist) mix of witty wordplay, breathtaking twists and genuine intrigue, Murder Your Employer will gain you admission into a wholly original world, cocooned within the most entertaining book about well-intentioned would-be murderers you’ll ever read.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5What a great concept! I never thought I'd be laughing out loud in a book about murder, but here we are. The narration was absolute perfection. I knocked off a star because I did get a little bored about halfway through, and I was tempted to give up. Glad I stuck with it - the end was great!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great fun, hilarious storyline and beautifully read. I enjoyed it tremendously.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I suppose I'm disappointed with this book due to all the reviews I have read about how funny it is and the dark humor it contains. I have laughed very little and I'm already hours into listening.
The plans of deletion are clever and it's something interesting to listen to but I feel somethings are explained in unnecessary detail. This has been a hard one for me to listen to and I have debated finishing it. I have almost less than 4 hours left and I'm debating whether to finish it. Since there's so many different characters, their situations are explained so intricately for each one that I find myself zoning out and then having to go back and listen to it again.
Although, this is the first time I have listened to an audiobook from this author, this could very well just be their writing style. It popped up as a suggested book and it seems to get good reviews on the different platforms I checked. It very well could be that it's just not my type of storyline. I was really looking forward to the humor everyone keeps writing about. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Playfully droll. Winking at the reader the whole way. Hilarious!
