INTRODUCTION
What do we know?
In a Newtonian, mechanistic view the body is a machine: something breaks down, it gets fixed, the machine works again. Parts wear out.
Quantum mechanics and quantum field theory began to upend this view at the beginning of the 20th century and as more and more sophisticated measuring instruments are developed, scientists uncover relationships that in a mechanistic worldview should not occur, leading to more and more questions. Some of these questions are, as yet, without clear answers.
We know that all living things are mostly made up of four elements: oxygen, hydrogen, carbon and nitrogen. These elements are made up of atoms and atoms are made up of smaller subatomic particles.
We know that each of these subatomic particles is also a wave. A wave is diffuse and not restricted to one location in space and time. The act of observation brings these subatomic wave particles into material existence. We know these waves exist because we can see and photograph the trails they leave behind in particle accelerators. Absent observation these waves exist as fluctuations of energy and information; probabilities in a field of all possibilities.
We know that at the quantum level, every experiment is influenced by the experimenter, the observer. The act of observation influences what is being observed. The observer is part of the field of interaction and a basic component of what they study. Without an observer the universe would exist only as diffuse waves of energy and vibration. There could be no universe without an observer.

We know atoms are not tangible matter, but energy and vibration. Atoms have no physical structure. At the quantum level, matter is not actually solid. We only perceive it as solid. At the quantum level, you and all matter are composed of energy and vibration.
The emerging field of neuroplasticity tells us that our brain is not locked into a fixed state; even as adults, it can adapt and change. The brain is resilient and flexible. It can heal from physical damage and adapt to changing social norms.
We know that our brains can be trained not just in physical performance, but also in mental performance. Just as consistent, daily practice enhances physical function, daily meditation enhances gamma waves associated with higher thinking and brain function as a whole.
Neurons that fire together wire together. Firing neurons connect via synapses. A thought generates an electrical impulse which travels from one neuron to another via a synapse.

Any daily activity can create new neural networks. This is why almost any skill can be developed and improved with thoughtful repetition. The more you do an action or think a thought, the more likely a pathway will be created between neurons. This gives new hope to patients with brain damage. With repetition the damaged pathways can be rerouted into new wirings. The brain is designed to create new pathways given enough practice. To think a thought is to practice not only brain chemistry but also body chemistry.
We know about mirror neurons. When you experience an emotion or perform an action, specific neurons fire. When you observe someone else performing this same action or even when you imagine this action, many of the same neurons also fire as if you were performing the action yourself. In learning a skill, your brain doesn’t discriminate between what is real and what is imagined.
The mirror neuron does not know the difference between it and others. Through mirror neurons you experience the emotional state of others without being aware of it. It’s easy to be infected by strong negative emotional states like fear and anger, but love and happiness and joy can be experienced in this manner. As much as 98% of your feelings, thoughts and emotions may not actually belong to you.
Self-observation profoundly affects the way your brain acts. When you are not self-aware you can become a victim of any environment, but with practiced self-awareness you can choose what you will react to and how you will respond.

I experience my life in a body. I am not air. I am not thought. I am not emotion. I am all those things in a body. I live my life in a body that is made up of earthly elements: bone, sinew, ligaments, liquids. 96.5% of my body is composed of oxygen, carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen and these elements vibrate with an electrical charge. I share these same four elements with all living things. My body has an electrical charge. My thoughts have an electrical charge. All matter has an electrical charge.
How would you live if you were aware of your own, unique quantum signature?
Whether you are consciously aware of it or not, you vibrate with an electrical charge. Your body is energetically aware. Every thought has consequences for your body because your body’s electrical and vibrational energy patterns are affected at the quantum level by the energy produced from your thoughts.
There is no shortcut to happiness or contentment in your life without working on yourself. It’s an inside and outside job.
No matter how hard I try I cannot separate myself from others. At the subatomic level, whether I want to or not, I am exchanging energy with others and the things around me constantly. Without trying, I sense the energy of any room I enter. I know without being told if someone is happy or sad, angry or tired.
Living at the quantum level is living with awareness of your own energy and that of others so you can stop being a victim of this energy exchange and be proactive instead of reactive. You can consciously choose your actions and your reactions. You can move with the energy and blend with it to truly go with the flow,
be in the flow and direct it, align with it and be in alignment with your life mission and purpose.
