About this ebook
How the body and mind are directly influenced against each other?
How we can take advantage of this?

Birth of Mind and Dying of Senses
What if I do not get the job that I applied for?
What if I do not get what I want?
What if she does not like me?
What if another earthquake hits the town?
These are called the what-ifs that most adults in this modern society have.
You have never heard a baby spending all their time in the day worrying if he would run out of milk the next day.
Nor have you heard of a caveman feeling depressed because of something the other caveman said.
Then why is it that almost every adult worries about something everyday?
In fact, this is not just happening to adult, any person who has developed mind
encounters the same problem. The mind is the voice in the head that seems nearly impossible to stop.
I have always been thinking using my mind for as long as I can remember.
It just seemed so logical and normal to think when I am doing something, be it in the shower or while I am doing a jump shoot in the court.
Regardless of the content, I was always thinking.
Sometimes I think of good thoughts when there were no major problems, I pictured myself with all the candies I fancied when I was 8, I imagined myself being with the popular girl in school when I was 13.
School work was a breeze and I never had to really concentrate on my studies to score well, perhaps just the few days before exam I would sit down for an hour or two to really revise.
Instead, my thoughts were mainly consumed by the girl that I had a huge crush on but never had the courage to confess to her. I never noticed at that time but I was making a lot of mistakes that I deemed careless, like mixing some letters up while composing my essays or accidentally tripped on the steps.
That all happened because my attention was elsewhere all the time, it was invested entirely on the girl.
When the voice in my head did begin to speak?
That is a question that I could never know the answer for sure. Nonetheless, I doubt it started the moment I was born to this world.
The voice in my head did not come
