Berlau’s background ranges from Washington correspondent for Investor’s Business Daily, investigative reporter for Insight magazine to an Economic Policy fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute. He received the 2002 Sandy Hume Memorial Award for Excellence in Political Journalism
