INTRODUCTION

The following story of the origins of V2k mind-control is based on the activities of the inventor of V2k, Dr Henry Karl Puharich, a medical practitioner, inventor, military intelligence professional and writer. It is based on three works of non-fiction about his life, written by various authors.

The first of these is a biography of Henry K Puharich’s life, called Memories of a Maverick, written by HGM Bep Hermans, Puharich’s second wife, who believed in him absolutely as a stellar scientific pillar of the community. It was written in 1997, after Puharich died in 1995. The biography is for sale, but can also be downloaded free from various sources on the Web, including the Electric Angel server. The second is titled The Stargate Conspiracy, a commercially-available book written by authors Lynn Picknett and Clive Prince in 1999. Picknett and Prince are well-respected British authors who have researched and written several books on what they term religious and historical mysteries. [Available on Amazon.com]

On the about page of their website, the two authors state that The Stargate Conspiracy is about the hijacking of the myths of ancient Egypt by intelligence agencies.

But what Picknett and Prince don’t know - for no reason other than they are not Targeted Individuals - is that a portion of The Stargate Conspiracy is actually about the hijacking of the myths of ancient Egypt by one of the greatest and most dangerous charlatans of our time, Henry K Puharich: inventor of V2k mind-control; the man who sold the world into bio-technological slavery without reflecting on the moral and ethical implications of making such a sale.

Henry K Puharich is not generally known to Targeted Individuals, even though he was a celebrity scientist, inventor and author. As a public figure, he was most famous for two significant literary works, The Sacred Mushroom: Key to the Door of Eternity and Beyond Telepathy, two titles written at a time in history when psychic communication, spiritualism and other metaphysical arts were exceedingly popular.

Indeed, Targeted Individuals may be wondering what Henry K Puharich has to do, not only with Electronic Harassment and perpetrators, but with the myths of ancient Egypt.

As a philosopher and intellectual, Puharich was a man ahead of his time; a pioneer in future sciences, whose lynchpin mind-control invention is woven into the very fabric of the spiritualism movement of the 1950s and 1960s and the popular New Age movement of the 1970s, hence the title of Picknett and Prince’s book, The Stargate Conspiracy.

The third item of literary, historical and societal significance is a short but extremely important manuscript written by investigator Terry L Milner in 1996, the year after Puharich died, called Ratting out Puharich. The manuscript, written with an obvious and palpable sense of urgency in the interest of educating the public, has been available - but arguably ignored - for the past 20 years.

The manuscript can be downloaded free of charge from the Electric Angel server [Ratting out Puharich] (141kb) and I urge all Targeted Individuals to read it in-depth, as it provides a detailed account of the inception of Electronic Harassment not written by myself, but one very concerned citizen with a serious need to talk about Puharich.

Terry L Milner wrote the manuscript while information on Puharich was still fresh in his mind and he furthermore vowed to write a full book about Puharich’s activities, tentatively titled Andrija, Aliens and the Square Wave but never went on to do so, presumably because Milner never uncovered enough evidence - circumstantial or otherwise - of Puharich’s mind-control invention, to publish such a book.

Mr Milner could go no further because the missing pieces of Puharich’s activities, published in The Radiohead Protocol, could only be determined by a victim of V2k mind-control; a client of Puharich’s invention; by investigating and resurrecting a classified and largely forgotten piece of American history that doesn’t appear in mainstream history books, much less in the popular narrative about Puharich or by his own admission.

Between these manuscripts, books and biographies, dated 1997, 1999 and 1996, and now, The Radiohead Protocol (2016) there is ample documentary evidence to incriminate Henry K Puharich (called Andrija by the other writers) as the inventor of V2k mind-control and Electronic Harassment used on Targeted Individuals.

CHAPTER 1

Memories of a Maverick by Bep Hermans, Puharich’s Second Wife

One could say that Bep Hermans, Puharich’s second wife, knew Puharich better from a personal perspective than anyone else. She was a younger woman who had a relationship with him that spanned around 40 years and she posthumously wrote Puharich’s biography based almost entirely - and unbeknown to her - on a life simply dedicated to V2k mind-control experimentation.

The posthumous memoir and biography of her erstwhile husband, Memories of a Maverick, chronicles Henry K Puharich’s life - his early life, in particular - in chronological order, making the extremely complex story of his life and work easier to understand.

One could also say that a wife knows a husband best; that Bep Hermans suspected the secrets that her husband kept so well; secrets he withheld from the general public, without Bep particularly wishing to acknowledge such indicators, or being too naive to contemplate them.

So, with this in mind, we move along to the foreword of Puharich’s biography, written by one Andrew Michrowski, which states:

Andrija [Henry K Puharich] was an independent agent working in the field of science, essentially self-financed… vistas in biology, botany, electro-chemistry, parapsychology, astrophysical sciences, electrical and electronic engineering, and sub-atomic physics….

Puharich studied the inner biological workings of mind-and-body, the biology and electrochemistry of the mind/body connection, the paranormal and astrophysical, while having the necessary knowledge of electronic engineering and subatomic physics to produce the effects of V2k; furthermore understanding the range of biological frequencies that facilitate Electronic Harassment and mind-control, in human subjects.

The writer of the Foreword, Mr Michrowski, went on to describe Puharich as … enriching the lives of hundreds of millions worldwide, from the hearing-impaired [to] the environmentally-sensitive… and … a man who helped bring to us a better future, with love, mistaking the inventor of V2k mind-control, the old Git, for a humanitarian and saint.

In reality, Puharich never enriched the lives of any person on planet Earth. He was evidently an intellectually gifted individual, but instead of creating a better future for all with his intellectual gifts, he brought to us - not only Targeted Individuals but all of humanity - a worse future, a dark future full of torture and death and despair.

Now perpetrators have taken over from him as the new villains, perpetrating Puharich’s V2k filth on humanity and spreading it to all the lands. They’ve been using his invention for a long time - around 40 to 50 years - to torture and mind-control human beings, and have never been stopped by ordinary means.

After Puharich died and Bep Hermans sat down to write his biography, she contemplated Puharich’s intellect, integrity and the nature of his invention.

… I had admired his brilliant mind, and begged him to use it for research that would benefit mankind.

For a while he did, when he and a friend worked on a hearing aid that would give sound a new route to the brain - through the teeth and facial nerves.

Bep was afraid Puharich might do something to harm humanity; she had the distinct impression, dare I say a woman’s intuition, that he was not averse to causing harm. However, by the time Bep begged Puharich to do good by humanity, he and his friend were already V2k perpetrators and had been for quite some time, with no intention of dropping mind-control in the interest of safer communities.

But Puharich could not confess the wicked truth, not even to his wife. As an intelligence professional, he no doubt signed the necessary non-disclosure agreement with an intelligence agency or agencies that is still in effect to this very day, more than two decades after his death.

Early Life and Psychological Profile

Henry K Puharich was born on February 19, 1918 in Chicago. He was a Yugoslavian and the son of an illegal immigrant; his father entered the United States as a stowaway in 1912. According to Bep, Puharich’s father, Franjo Puharich, was a bully who used a whip on him, at which time he suffered severely.

I’ll go out on a limb and say that an abused childhood could be a recipe for sociopathic behavior. A young, highly intelligent Puharich being constantly intimidated by a father cracking a whip may have had a profound and disastrous psychological effect on Henry K Puharich the adult, followed by a devastating - uttermost devastating - knock-on effect on society.

And although I am not a psychologist but merely an investigative journalist and V2k mind-control survivor, I would furthermore make the observation that one of the hallmarks of a sociopath is the ability to hide any lurking sociopathic tendencies under a veneer of civility, worldliness and charm.

Sociopaths are adept at charming people and hiding the awful truth that they care, not only about themselves and no one else, but that they will actively - moreover than negligently - harm others, while doing everything in their power to get away with the deplorable. They might even go so far as to portray themselves as the hero in a scenario, if at all possible.

The story to be told of Henry K Puharich is one of an active sociopath, who invented V2k and practiced predatory mind-control on people in plain sight. At the same time, he evaded accountability for years and decades, similar to the way in which Perpetrators now practice V2k while enjoying a lack of accountability and post-attack detection. Throughout the mind-control decades, the bulk of the literature written by and about Puharich portrays him as a bringer of light (a man who helped bring to us a better future, with love). And while Puharich was indeed a pioneer (a forerunner, not the radio brand), as perpetuated in his own books and by the media, few have dared to take on Puharich’s secret V2k invention with the expectation of winning.

Early Education and Language Proficiency

As a child, Puharich attended a number of public schools until graduating from grammar school in 1932. He went to high school, then dropped out to work on a farm, but eventually graduated in 1938 after being persuaded to finish high school by a parish priest.

Before and after graduating from high school, it is not just interesting, but of vital importance to note and understand that Puharich was proficient in the English language.

At the age of 18, Puharich was already the sports editor for a Chicago newspaper, an early achievement. But our first example of Puharich’s excellence in English is found in 1937, when he won second prize in the Cook County Oratorical Contest.

He gave a speech titled Washington the Leader, demonstrating his outstanding skills as a spokesman. In 1938, he won first prize in an essay contest titled If Lincoln Could Speak Today, further showcasing his skills as a writer. In the same year he received a certificate of honorable mention for his wholesome and honest opinion about America in an American Youth Forum competition. And in September of the same year, he received a letter from the Governor of Illinois himself, congratulating Puharich on winning a prize for an essay he wrote on the Constitution of the United States in a state-wide competition.

The reason why it is so important to acknowledge Puharich as having a high level of English literacy and language proficiency is three-fold. The first, and by far the most urgent reason, is that Puharich, in later years, based his V2k mind-control word-delivery (the voices heard during voice-to-skull) on a language principle called Spondaics or Spondee.

Spondee has to do with the breaking up of words into accented syllable portions, so that each syllable can be used independently, or recombined with other syllables, under specific electronic and electromagnetic conditions, to deliver a word or word formation constituting a sentence, directly to the hearing centers of the brain in a V2k subject.

The second reason, and one that is least apparent, is that language, moreover the English language, was - and is - used as a favoured tool by mind-controllers. During his lifetime, Puharich and his associates spoke in an exclusive and duplicitous manner common to the intelligence agencies in general and mind-controllers in particular.

The third reason is that language has, since the inception of V2k, been used not only as a tool but as an immaculate weapon against Targeted Individuals. Essentially, voice-to-skull is an intelligent language program that turns pre-defined diction and grammar into a weapon with no limits.

When Puharich was in his senior year of high school, he was president of the Student Council. And when Bep Hermans wrote Puharich’s biography based on his personal stack of papers, she penned the following gem:

Not only was young Henry a bright kid, he was also very handsome, with somewhat Slavic features, deep-set sky-blue eyes and a shock of jet-black hair. In addition, he was popular, as the poster I found in his scrapbook proves. Underneath a drawing of him it says:

This shows just how formidable Puharich was at a young age; handsome and popular. He was a writer and a smooth talker, a poster boy for future potential or one most likely to succeed.

But if you allow me to re-write the accolade and give it a simpler meaning, more suitable to the V2k experience, it goes from this…

Premeditation to Commit Mind-Control

In July 1938, Puharich was awarded an undergraduate scholarship to attend the College of Liberal Arts of North-Western University, where he studied from the age of 20 and remained for four years. During that time his extracurricular activities included the Classical Languages Society, consistent with his proficiency and interest in language.

He received his Bachelor of Arts in 1942 with a major in philosophy and a minor in pre-medical subjects. The fact that Puharich majored in philosophy shows an early leaning toward the esoteric and the paranormal, or the possibilities of such fields of study.

It was during his final year that he wrote a philosophical piece called An intellectual autobiography of Henry Puharich, in which he stated:

I would venture to say that nobody really knows another’s mind thoroughly, and I would further venture that very few people really know their own mind. It would certainly be a great step forward for many of us if we could sit down and untangle the jungle that is our mind, and then understand those processes by which we judge and study others. If I could do a good job of a task like this, understanding the nature of man’s consciousness, I would feel that I had passed a great milestone in my education.

It is clear that Henry K Puharich, at the youthful age of 24, was contemplating the sanctity of the human mind in his autobiography; or more specifically, a way to get around (untangle) the constitutionally-enshrined right to mental privacy, in order to go inside the mind of another and know it thoroughly; to breach this sanctity.

Venturing to say that nobody really knows another’s mind constitutes a red flag in terms of Puharich’s future activities. It indicates Puharich’s early intent to commit mind-control; the beginning of a V2k quest that lasted a lifetime and now equates to 21st century perpetrators who are known as the thought police.

It was during the same year, 1942, that Puharich wrote his Dynamics Theory, an early form of his Theory of Nerve Conduction on which the principle of V2k is based. I have divided his theory into two parts:

Part one:

I visualize the human nervous system as being imbedded in the cell tissue of the body just as the roots of a tree are imbedded in the ground which gives it nourishment. One end of the nervous system we recognize as being in the brain. It is here that all of the messages from the body and the sense organs are localized. The other end of the nervous system is imbedded directly in cell tissue through a countless number of fine nerve endings. These nerve endings end in cup shaped groups of cells called blastulas. And it is very difficult to distinguish were nerve fibers end and where cell tissue begins. Both have a function to perform in keeping the flame of live [life] alive. According to this conception it is quite plain that the flow of cell generated energy is primarily a one-way flow to the brain. This primary flow however has some tributaries, which return the energy to the muscles, and other parts of the body.
