The work out provided for 12 weeks and the focus will be on weight loss/accelerated weight loss….where your workouts are a certain number of days per week combined with rest days…Active Rest Days! Active Rest days allow you to remain active but give your body the rest it needs (from lifting weights) to recover and ultimately get stronger and more fit.
