      LOST

      FAITH

      Hebrews 11:1

      Now faith is the substance of things hoped for,

      the evidence of things not seen.

      BY FAITH….

      By faith we know what we cannot see

      Believing in that which we know must be

      Knowing Him who we have not met

      Longing for a home we’ve not been to yet

      We have a peace no one understands

      A love for brothers in other lands

      Filled with joy that’s hard to explain

      Heir to a prize we’re unworthy to claim

      We walk on a path too few will travel

      Understanding mysteries so few can unravel

      For all this we owe a debt we can’t pay

      To One we love more and more everyday

      COMFORTED

      Comforted by His Spirit

      Pardoned by His Grace

      Strengthened by His power

      Warmed by His embrace

      Encouraged by His Promise

      Protected by His Might

      Cleansed by His Blood

      Ever in His Sight

      FAITH IS

      Now faith is the substance of things hoped for

      The evidence of things not seen

      By grace we are saved through faith in Christ

      We are no longer what once we have been

      Draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith

      For without faith it is impossible to please Him

      Hold fast the profession of your faith without wavering

      Let Him fill you cup to the brim

      Remember the heroes of the Bible

      Who through faith subdued kingdoms, obtained promises,

      stopped the mouths of lions, wrought righteousness,

      obtained a good report through faith, but received not the promise

      Look unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith

      who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross,

      despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand

      of the throne of God. A mystery to those that are lost.

      ADOPTED

      I’ve been adopted and now I’m joint heir

      With Jesus Christ, all things I will share.

      God said He gave me the power to be

      A child of God and from law I’m set free

      I’ll still keep the law the best that I can

      But I’ll answer to God and not to man

      You see I’m a pilgrim here on this Earth

      I have a new home since my rebirth

      THE FAMILY

      With God as our Father and His children our kin

      The family is growing as others come in

      Each one loves his brothers and sisters as well

      Each one in this family always will dwell

      We all help each other with problems and fears

      And share what God gives us with smiles and with tears

      Our example is Jesus and each day we try

      To love one another and let Him sanctify

      While we are here we are learning to be

      A family that will last for eternity

      REGRETS

      If on this earth I had a hundred years to spend,

      There’d be no time, the wrong I’ve done, in any way to mend.

      I could not give back all the things that through the years I’ve taken

      Or repay the ones I’ve hurt because I was mistaken.

      I can’t undo or ever change the acts I regret

      Or cause the ones I’ve offended ever to forget.

      But I know there’s one great source of all-forgiving grace,

      And soon, when all is done, I’ll see Him face to face.

      I know those acts I now regret will no longer matter.
