      Deadliest Days of That Year

      It was 25 nov 2011, time 9:15pm,weather was really chilly, just stepping outside was like stepping on an ice berg, but these were no reasons to stop him, he was determined to finish what he had started. His friends had warned him about the danger of walking down that road but he hadn’t listened to them then, neither did he on that day which was going to be his last for he would find that out in a short while.

      Finally he was there, the very place where it all started almost one year ago on 20 Nov 2010. Standing there he could still hear the voices, screaming out his name Jimmy……….   Jimmy

      day one

      Now he was sitting with his close friend Sam. Sam was a tall black haired guy who worked as a consultant at some software company. It was routine for them to meet every day after work just so that they can beat off the tension and heat due to every day stress. Jimmy………….Jimmy, you fucking ass hole, are you fucking deaf. I called out your name like thousand times……………. What would you like?  Coffee or Tea?  It was his one another close friend, Subhash.

      Jimmy: dude you know that I always drink tea and this ass right here, Sam, will take coffee

      Subhash: just making sure man

      Just few minutes later, both Jimmy and Subhash were listening to Sam who was telling about his date he had been on that day It started out well; we both went to hotel gardenia for lunch, which she actually liked. Then we talked about our liking in similar music……….. And……….. Hey did you know she actually likes metallica! Then we both started talking about our work……….ah…….and then ………. We went to movie then ate chats then I dropped her back at her place and now here I’m in front of you

      Subhash taking a sip at his coffee gave a smile and said good for you, so in short you had a good time………….. When are you again going out with her?

      Sam: thought of tomorrow but………

      He was interrupted by Jimmy screw you dude, tomorrow we all are having reunion. I will kill you if you cancel it. It’s been so long since whole of our gang members met. And besides it was decided months ago

      Sam replied I know dude, let me finish! I was about to say that I thought of tomorrow but because of reunion I decided next week. Happy?

      Jimmy: real happy and she likes metallica? It seems she has good taste….you should really go for it.

      Day two

      Jimmy, Sam, Subhash, Rajeev & Lokesh Whole of their gang where supposed to meet at Rajeev’s place at 9:30 in the morning the next day. Even though all five of them followed different life styles, all of them had one thing in common; they all hated their jobs and loved working with electronic junk. They hated their current jobs so much that they felt as though they were trapped under some frozen ocean with no air pockets to breathe from. Hence they had started to work on some security system during their free time. Back at Rajeev’s place Jimmy, Sam & Subhash reached on time but Lokesh was late, and by the looks Rajeev was a fat guy with a unsatisfying apatite& Lokesh was black haired and of moderate height with really bad time sense, if he had an appointment at 9:00am he reach the place not less than 10:00am. Finally he arrived at 10:30am and Lokesh offered a bottle of beer to all. And all of them holding their beer bottles started listing out things they can do to spend that awesome day.

      Sam: we can catch a movie then eat lunch

      Lokesh: or we can just spend some time playing ball in the school ground only few yards away then we can go to that new hotel where they say you get the best rotis

      Jimmy: we will go eat rotis at that new hotel and then catch a movie. We will play ball after returning from the movie. What say?

      Subhash: no we will go eat at that new hotel then rent a good movie watch it here after playing ball for few hours. I think this is the best plan. Deal?

      Everyone agreed and looked at Rajeev for his approval, who was holding beer in one hand and was busy finishing his third packet of chips.

      All of them left for lunch and returned back at 1:00pm with a good print of ‘die hard iv’. And so they decided to watch the movie first and then play ball at around 5:00pm.

      As the movie proceeded to half time, they were interrupted by ringing of someone’s cell phone.

      It was Jimmy’s. he answered hello. Jimmy here……………..what!..................oh yes………yes…. I cant control my joy!………thank you………….sure sir………….thank you once again he was jumping with joy

      guys that was the CEO of ‘electronic securities’ and they have agreed to make a tie up with us and open a branch in India to market our product Rajeev stop eating and listen to what I'm saying. you do know what that call meant right?

      of course I do man, none of us have to rip our ass out and work for someone else. Now we work on our dream project. All thanks to you Jimmy

      Everyone were overjoyed for they were about to fulfil their dream by working on a security system they had designed and all of them could get away from jobs which were sucking life out them.

      Whole of the gang was jumping with joy and hugging each other in happiness, Rajeev bought five new beer bottles and handed it over to everyone. Everyone rejoiced the moment and decided they will party whole night to enjoy best time of their life. Hence Jimmy, Sam, Subhash and Lokesh called up their respective parents to inform that they won’t be returning home on that night.

      21 Nov 2010, 9:30pm

      Sam, who was really high after drinking vodka, hugged Jimmy and said dude all thanks to you all of us can now work on our dream, no more will we work for a job which was killing us

      It was all Jimmy’s idea to start the design of this security system which now was about to fulfil their dream. Jimmy & Sam were classmates during college and they both had met Lokesh in some college festival where all three were participating in a competition ‘electronic junk yard’ where in all nerds would gather to build something useful out of the electronic waste. Few days later Lokesh introduced them to Rajeev and Subhash and not long enough all five of
