Depression can strike us at any time. The loops and social systems that exist around us often give us the gift of stress. Stress is a big problem and stress can cause many problems not only mentally but also physically.
"Can you set aside 20 minutes a day? Even if you do some exercises for those 20 minutes ... the stress will come under control in a few weeks.
