The Basics of Regression Therapy
()
About this ebook
The author is a doctor, psychologist, regressologist with more than 15 years of experience, a happy wife, and a mother of three children. Elizabeth Lileeva systematized for the first time in the modern history of regression the accumulated knowledge and experience, creating a textbook on regression therapy.
The book defines the main phenomena, processes, and participants in regression therapy, including those that people see when exploring past lives and ancestral lives, while in a special trance state during a session. The most interesting theory in itself is supported by numerous examples from practice. Each section includes recommendations and step-by-step guides to action.
The book provides answers to the main questions that are asked by everyone who is just beginning the path to regression therapy.
How to prepare for the session and where to conduct it? How to make a query correctly and how to behave with a follower? How to accompany a person in past lives and the family and how to formulate questions? How to choose a way for working in regression depending on the complexity of the problems and how to communicate with the other world without harming either it or yourself?
The manual is intended for novice regressologists, students of regression courses, and all those who are interested in self-knowledge.

Annotation
Author’s note
Dear readers! If you hold this book, then you took an interest in regression therapy, which I’m so excited about. Because soon you’ll be able to see a bit further and understand human nature a bit deeper than others. And that means that there will be even more people who use special knowledge to pull themselves together and deal with the world, plus ready to give a hand to the others.
For those who have never been familiar with regression therapy, this book will be useful to study it not at the introduction level, but the basic practical one. Certainly, the most efficient way to capture this area takes place in my courses, where we study theoretical issues, including exclusions and nuances, as well as experience ourselves in practice. Moreover, the course includes a regression therapy session with a specialist in our center.
Perhaps you may have a question arise: what are the books for if you can become a regression therapy practitioner by completing courses? Is the basis of science taught in courses not enough to build each regressionist experience — of their own?
The answer is: firstly, based on my many years’ experience (it includes group studies and one-on-one courses), I can say, the experience is never enough. I keep studying myself, and it’s still interesting and overwhelming. Yes, indeed, after a long period of studies, practical training, and books captured, you start feeling like finally you know everything and have met the edge. But other levels are appearing, and sooner you understand that there is actually no edge. Education has no limits. There’s no limit to experience. What about the necessity of books, I’ll note, that a training basis cannot be done without them, since we, regressionists, use methodologies bound up with other fundamentals, primarily medicine and psychology.
For another thing, the courses will be over, but the book will last. And you can reread it, and I guarantee that you will discover more and more layers of useful information for yourself. This is very important as when we learn something new (regression is yet something mysterious and undefined for us) so the way the brain works we can absorb only 30% of all information and ignore the rest leaving it in the deep layers of the subconscious. In that meaning — a book is our friend-archivist, a right-hand helper. For the same reason, every theoretical training on my courses is recorded and later on shared with my students. Together with the book they can form the basis of your future library, which every specialist has, regardless of the occupation.
There is no magic in regression therapy — it’s a study based on the deep insight of human psychology, an understanding of the causes and effects of human actions. Regressionist is not a magician but the scientist. In this book, I would like to show you that the world is not about what is presented at school, society, media, and science. There are plenty that has lived by other rules, and what are the rules you will find out soon.
In this publication, I deal with the primary themes and give answers to the basic and most important questions in regression therapy.
You will learn where to find the origin of the problems that we are overwhelmed with nowadays and how to go backstage of the past. Learn to make proper session needs and immerse your client in the required and good enough for regression mild trance. Study the safety rules and the basic ways of guiding a person through the past and the lives of their olds. Learn the ethics of communication with very different visions (angels, entities, etc.) whom you have to encounter during a session, and learn to quickly navigate by analyzing cases of worldly, extra-terrestrial, and beyond the spirit experiments. And of course, take a look in steps on how the error correction is done professionally, which can make your clients (or personally yourself in case of self-regression) feel like reborn.
Prepare to discover something quite surprising about yourself and the world that surrounds you. Don’t be scared as there is nothing more dangerous than fear itself: it hides the truth. Whilst by conquering it we can get a reward to live, and live happily.
By taking away the problems of the past, we are no longer afraid of the future!
This book will turn your experience with regression therapy into a real adventure. I’m absolutely sure about that. Just like once you’ve done with it you will want to know about regression even more. Well, together we can do a lot. Let’s get started!
Introduction
A white rabbit jumps out of a black magician’s hat to the applause of an enthusiastic audience, only if someone puts it in the hat first. Nothing comes from nowhere: all phenomena in life have their reasons. Butterfly pollinating flowers to grow fruit, and if there are not the butterflies — there will be no pollination, and therefore the result, that is a fruit; but don’t be a flower — there will be no nectar, then the butterfly will have nothing to eat and she dies. The river has a source, a channel, and a mouth, but if there is no source, there will be no other source.
So everywhere and in everything. So it is with people. So there are achievements, so there are problems. First, in the circumstances, the cause is formed, and if it is not eliminated, then sometime later, what was predetermined by it happens.
Loneliness and unsettled personal life fears, and phobias, lack of luck, inability to communicate, inability to talk about their experiences, lack of money, frequent illnesses… All this and much more, sad and depressing, is not a strange and sudden appearance of white rabbits from a black hat. This is a consequence of previous problems that people have deliberately ignored, not noticed for years or even decades.
Soon you will not just get all the rabbits out of the magician’s hat — you will open the magic hat itself: you will remove the lining, open all the seams, and examine the frame. You will not only learn how to find the causes of problems that appear in our lives — this is available to any educated psychologist. You will go much further and deeper — down the rabbit hole and learn that the causes of many of our problems should not be found in childhood, or this life at all, but in past lives, sometimes even in the intervals between lives, where these problems come with our soul.
You will learn a specific technique and get clear recommendations about what and when to do and, most importantly, how to do it correctly and carefully, observing safety precautions so as not to harm. You will learn to walk
in your past lives and the lives of your ancestors, to accompany your soul in walks
through time and space. You will uncover a huge layer of information about what each person carries his kind of help of their generic energies — through parents, who, in turn, receive them from their parents, and so on, passing through all members of the genus. You will discover a huge picture of our world and the world in which there is a place for angels, demons, devils, other entities, and restless souls. You will get to know yourself and your children better thanks to the section on child psychology from the very beginning, that is the incarnation of the soul. You will learn to understand the causes of your problems and work on past mistakes to correct the present. You will become the creators of your life and stop running away from the present and fear the future, learn to enjoy every day. And if new problems occur, you will know that each of them has a reason and understand what you need to do to fix everything.
As you read this book, with small but confident steps, you are moving towards the needs of your soul, towards the realization of its tasks for the present life, towards the pure and full energies and tasks of your entire kind.
You are on the right track…
Section 1
Master and slave: relationships and safety
Chapter 1
Basic concepts in regressology
In our work, as in any other, terms are necessary for us, dear reader, to speak the same language. Language is an important component of life if it is not the main. How many life conflicts and even wars started because people could not find a common language — literally and figuratively.
Every specialty, art direction, and a branch of science has its language. At the same time, medicine and law took a lot of Latin, and a lot of terms from ancient Greek came into the technique.
To understand and build relationships, people who represent the same community (such as a nation, an interest group, or a community of representatives of a particular profession) need to speak the same language and use a common set of gestures that they understand. For example, if you show a friend a clenched fist with your thumb up, they will know that you are doing great. However, if the same gesture is used, for example, by a diver, then this way he will inform that there is little air left and it is time to rise.
Specialized languages are designed so that, for example, doctors in different countries can always understand each other. In General, the same can be said for psychologists, sailors, historians, linguists, and so on.
Regressive therapy as a science is quite young. Although, I must say that in the old reports on psychology there are references to this method. Also, the knowledge transmitted by word of mouth from our ancestors gives us information that with the help of such techniques as regressive therapy, in the old days, the causes of people’s problems were searched for. But, unfortunately, despite all this, regressive therapy still does not have its developed language. However, I will try to fix it. So, about regression therapy as technology in general, as well as its methods, means, and goals.
Regression therapy is a process in which the slave with the participation of the master (or without it — in the case of self-regress) discovers their negatives, realizes the time, causes and mechanisms of their occurrence, while getting some positive experience, opening a previously blocked resource that he can now use in life.
Master is a regressologist, guiding the man (slave) at a session of regression therapy while he is in the light trance state is viewing history in your life (present, past and earlier) and the life of ancestors a kind of in search of primary negativity that led to problems to do work on the bugs and release the negativity.
A slave is a client in a regressive therapy session during a period of regression immersion under the guidance and accompanied by a master (regressologist).
In the course of a session of regressive therapy, we do not remove anything, do not remove, do not clean, but first of all, we deal with the mechanisms and causes of the negatives that lead to those unpleasant situations that lead a person to a specialist-regressologist. If the slave’s resource was once squeezed, then we can reveal it by finding, working through, and letting go of the reasons for this situation. If the resource was not in principle, then in this case, of course, there will be nothing to disclose.
Give an example. A girl comes and asks: Please sew me a money channel so that it becomes fat-fat. I want to be very rich.
But if it does not have the resource for this, that is, the resource itself is available, but it can not provide more prosperity than it already has (this is not suh8osed), then we can not sew
anything: there is nowhere to take. Regression allows you to reveal only your own, existing, but previously experienced. Moreover, people are usually concerned about the resource that they once blocked. For example, a person wants to engage in science or creativity, but can’t, because these resources are blocked. He tries to develop his skills and talents, but for reasons that are unclear to him, nothing comes out, and this upsets him. However, it also hah8ens that if there is no resource for something and it is not expected, then this type of human activity will not pull you.
One more example. I was ah8roached by a young man, a taxi driver, with a complaint that he has always wanted to open a business — furniture production, but nothing hah8ens. As soon as he opens it, the energy immediately runs out, everything turns against him, failures follow in succession, and production eventually has to be closed. Then he goes back to work in the taxi service: this job always gives him good earnings, and he has a surplus of funds. Sometime later, the man again tries to open a business, and everything goes back to the old scheme. In a session of regressive therapy, the slave saw that in his family, several ancestors had squeezed the resource, refusing to produce their own, resulting in a so-called complex generic negative. We have worked on the mistakes and gained experience. Two years have passed since that session, and I know that this man today has a small but quite successful furniture manufacturing business.
Of course, you have guessed that regression therapy means such a concept, as a resource and negativity. Let’s sum up a little about the examples above and consider a few more definitions.
So, by negative we mean any lack of resources, any lack of our energy. When there is a lack of your resource, we say that the person has a negative.
By generic negative, we mean the negative that came to a person not from this life or the past, but the life of an ancestor in his family. (For more information about negatives, their types and features of each, the mechanisms of ah8earance, as well as ways to get rid of them, we will talk in section 3 Negatives
and section 4 Genus. Generic negatives
).
Resource — a person’s energy, which can be spent on activities (for a short or long period), on a certain perception of reality, as well as on changing events in real life.
There are many types of resources, and they are often mixed, so it can be quite difficult to distinguish which specific type of resources particular energy belongs to.
Main types of resources:
Creative energy. This energy is directed to the development of a person through creativity (singing, drawing, writing poetry, creating some kind of beauty, etc.).
The energy of creation. This is the energy to create your life, for example, to build a house, create a family, build a business, and so on.
Generic energy. These are the energies that come to us from our kind. Under different circumstances, certain types of generic energies can help us or, conversely, form an overlap, which, accordingly, will cause some problems.
Energy for living experiences. This is a resource that feeds us so that we can experience certain life shocks, changes in personal life — both everyday trifles and fateful events.
That is when we say resource
, we mean a certain functional type of energy that is spent by the slave on work, creativity, childbirth, building a life, actually living life. Returning a lost resource to a person is one of the goals of regression therapy, which is achieved by solving several tasks.
The goal of regressive therapy is to change a person at two levels — behavior and response. This may relate to some minor moments of his life, as well as serious events, fateful episodes.
What does this mean? Regressive therapy is not a movie. Although slaves in the process sessions see exciting moments from the past — their past lives and ancestors live, regression therapy as a correction method, first of all, to ensure positive changes in a person’s life, not just one saturated with emotions as a result of watching exciting historical resources.
Example 1. Let’s imagine a girl named Masha. Before the session, she was internally afraid of good men, afraid to start a serious relationship with them. When a handsome man, Sasha, came to Masha from the next office, she got scared, made a marble Queen of Herself, closed herself energetically, and he moved away. And so she did every time. And with Sasha, and with Alex, and with Andrey…
After regress Masha changes her behavior and reaction: she relaxes, smiles shows a good man that she is ready for a relationship. She is now really internally ready for them and is hah8y to communicate with the oh8osite sex. Masha can afford it and will get married one day. She no longer tenses up and doesn’t close.
Example 2. Let’s imagine a businessman named Sergey. He has his own business and a large family. In the current marriage, the man has three children, of which not all of his relatives, and still has an ex-wife, with whom he also has three children. At the same time, it provides for all children and both women. It is very difficult for Sergey because he needs to earn a lot, and he has a huge responsibility. A man is very worried about every transaction because he realizes that if he does not earn this money, then one of the children will not be able to go to a prestigious school, will not go on vacation or study abroad, and from his wife — from the former, from the current — he will certainly listen to a lot of reproaches.
After a session of regressive therapy, our Sergey begins to understand that everything is normal: money comes, is spent, and comes again. He continues to do all the same things as before but ceases to strain, worry, and thereby harm his business, health, and relationships with numerous children and women with whom his fate has bound him. He begins to enjoy the business. In response, they improve their relationships at work and home.
This change occurred first at the level of perception and second at the level of reaction. Everything around Sergey remains the same, but he will no longer have stomach ulcers, diabetes, hypertension, or another divorce. It will also help him maintain a good relationship with his children.
That is, in some cases, the behavior of the slaves may not change, but at the same time there is a resource for living various events in their lives, for living certain experiences related to them. A person, in this case, can react to events calmly and carefully, finds the strength to rationally spend their energy and strength.
Example 3. Before the session, the young woman Natasha was treated at home by her mother, constantly humiliated, made to feel like a complete failure, guilty of almost everything. On the street, in the subway, and stores, Natasha seemed not to notice other people — in the most direct, physical sense: they constantly bumped into the woman, as if she were not there, and everyone seemed to try to pass through her.
During the session, we identified a generic negative, reviewed one of the past lives, and worked on mistakes made during that period. As a result, as soon as Natasha came home, her mother began to treat her politely, respectfully and stoh8ed terrorizing her. People no longer bumped into her or tried to pass through Natasha. This is a change at the level of life events.
These changes can also include improvements in a person’s financial situation, level of luck, and so on. During a session of regressive therapy, the slave (or regressologist — in the case of self-regress) can see the moment when negatives arise in their current life, in past lives, or the family.
Also during the session. Seeing unpleasant things for themselves, the slave may experience so-called resistance. Resistance is a protective reaction of the human psyche to stimuli that promise him the same experiences that he has previously experienced, having received pain and trauma with it. Thus, to continue the session, you will need to overcome the resistance before recognizing it and deciding which method you will use as a specialist. (We will talk in detail in this section about resistances, their varieties, the nature of structures, mechanisms of occurrence, etc.).
Here I would like to answer the question that so often, even at the very beginning of the path, people are asked when getting acquainted with regression therapy.
What the slave observes and describes during a session of regression therapy — is it a fairy tale or did it hah8en?
For more than 10 years (at the time of writing this book), as a professional regressologist, I have been conducting regression therapy sessions for my clients (and sometimes for myself). During this time, I listened to many stories from the family and past lives of the slaves. Some of them were fantastic. Do I believe everything that people describe when they are in sessions? No, I don’t believe it blindly. First of all, because I am a scientist. I have two higher education degrees, medical and psychological, and over the years I have learned to doubt everything and double-check everything.
Since we can’t 100% know that past lives and ancestral energies exist — no one has measured them by any means or devices (yet) — let’s be as reasonable as possible. As a sober-minded and educated person, I understand that perhaps a lot of what the slave describes to me in a regression therapy session is a fairy tale, and the human brain is thus conducting a kind of psychotherapy for itself. Perhaps the unconscious slave, giving us a certain fairy tale, so protects itself. We do not know for sure whether this is a psychotherapeutic fantasy, a fairy tale, or the past life of the slave. In any case, the task of the regressologist is to study the information received from the slave, work it out, and bring the person benefit.
What moments during sessions with the slave confirm that people see the family or their past lives? These are the few cases when the slave reports that he has discovered and remembered certain features that are characteristic of a particular event or a particular historical period, for particular people. It hah8ens that in the regression, the slave notices little-known facts that he did not know about before the session, and that are usually known only to narrow specialists, such as historians. In this case, we can conclude that the person has been in past lives.
For example, one of my slaves, while studying a previous incarnation, remembered unusual patterns on her clothing. As she later found out, fabrics with this pattern were typical of the dresses that were worn by members of a certain caste of the fairer sex in Ancient Egypt. Another woman, our regressologist during self-regression saw herself in the Taoist village, which was the home of specific forms. She then found them on the Internet for all the signs that she remembered.
Such coincidences lead to the idea that people in regressions see their family or past lives, that this is not an ordinary psychotherapy session with the study of personal stories from the current life of a person. Therefore, safety precautions during work, including negatives, their search, study, and release, must always be observed.
We will talk about safety in detail in this section, but later. As long as they find out how to interact with master and slave on the regression therapy session. How exactly and under what conditions, if I may say so, does synchronization occur between these two, most often, strangers? What should they give up, and what, on the contrary, should they have available to work effectively? Where and how there should be a meeting and that regressologist and the client must provide in order
