Dedication
I dedicate this book to my father who was at least 30 years ahead of his time and taught me I could accomplish anything I set my mind to. Thanks Dad you are the Best of the Best.
Introduction
I wrote this book so that everyone who reads and works with its guide lines is truly Blessed by The Good Lord with a HAPPIER, HEALTHER & YES MORE PROSPEROUS LIFE. The book is to help you NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES I HAVE. I bought my first business with $20,000.00 some 40 years ago and while there are always some bumps in the road everything just kept getting better and better till the 2008 – 2010 crash. I did all the things to save my companies, then 3, that I had always done, including reinvesting about 2 million dollars. The problem with this crash was it was really a crash and there was no recovery for almost a year and then it was very little. I ended up losing my 3 businesses, my last commercial building, 2 homes and about 10 million dollars. May the Good Lord bless everyone using this book so that what happened to me will never happen to them.
