About this ebook
Volume 2 will focus on issues of struggle with time and with money, as well as issues that we face in this life such as death, the overall character of the man, his body, his talents, his gifts, and where Jesus comes into place in his life. Issues of morality, the world, and justice are also touched upon. Heroes and the thirst for righteousness, as well as overall prayers and supplications to the Almighty will be addressed in the second volume. There will also be prayers and short poems that are brief but, in their brevity, stress a main point.
Finally, the third volume, Glory, will be a collection and compilation of current events and all-time favorites of the poet is choosing, representing the mastery, skill, and talent that have been bestowed on the writer. One’s senses will be heightened and enlightened with effortless enjoyment experienced by the reader. It is highly advised that the reader purchase all three volumes to get the maximum effect of the whole process so they can better relate to each poem.
The reader will be taken on a journey first of betrayal, love lost, sorrow, and death and in a sense, dying to oneself. The next volume will focus on encouragement and prayers, even though one does not understand why they are going on their specific journey. The grace in volume two cannot be denied and can only be dealt with once the grief is experienced. It is so blatant that it seems to jump off the pages with healing power. And finally, volume 3 is the pinnacle of God’s glory, demonstrated by a compilation of all-time favorites chosen by the poet herself, as well as all the troubling current events that are occurring in the world at this time.
It is my desire that the persons reading this compilation of poems focus on all of the volumes because each has immense beauty and meaning. It is for this reason that it would be my honor and desire that you purchase all three to get the maximum benefit of the process, keeping the end result in mind.

I dedicate
this book to my Father in Heaven, who anointed me five years ago, and to Whom, All, The Glory, goes. The book is unique in that it is three volumes in one book—Volumes I, II and III The Grief, The Grace and The Glory. It’s nothing short of a miracle in that it came at just the right time. It was accelerated into production with Amazing Grace. So Intimate, was our time together; mine, and the Holy Spirit’s that I would actually write these manuscripts, a.k.a poems, in their original format, with little or no correction. I remember the anticipation, excitement and sheer joy, I felt, going home, each night, to see what we would collaborate on next. I began to look forward to our sacred bonding time together.
What should have been the most unbearable time of loneliness in my life, was now a chapter being written, that was unfolding before my very eyes. I was writing 7 poems a week, sometimes 11, with the greatest of ease. It gave me a new sense of hope, determination and accomplishment. The very littlest of things inspired me. And you know, poets have an innate gift and knack to say what others are thinking.
It is a heart and spirit thing, much like music; it is real, but you can’t touch it. Poets will venture out where few dare to go, say what cannot be expressed and think the unthinkable. It is for this reason that it is my duty, to share my spiritual gifts, with the world, Especially, during these times of great tribulation, uncertainty and evil.
I would, also, like to mention, that if it were not for my creative outlet, nights, of red wine, with My Savior and a beautiful black feral cat I named Blackie, I might not be here today. So, deep was I, in despair and saw no hope, of my situation ever changing. At this point, I had had one too many failures to tell, or brick walls if you will
I was literally, trying, to make, something, out of nothing. My invention, my career and my relationships. I have had, so many, high hopes and dreams that were dashed.
But, I do believe, that, my poetry, is prophetic, in nature, and Its’ purpose is to leave a legacy. For this, and future generations. It has a healing element about it. It forces you to deal with issues, you might otherwise, brush aside. It forces you to courageously battle your demons head on. Pretty heavy stuff, but, I also believe, it is meant to encourage, inspire and uplift people, from All, walks of life. To this day, I thank the Lord for Using me to spread, His word, by whatever, means necessary through the mysterious art of poetry. What a wonderful thing it is to be a poet! May God bless you and I hope you enjoy my poetry.
Honorable mention goes to all members of my family, both blended and extended. My wonderful parents, sisters Johanna Katherine, Natalie Elizabeth, my precious niece Vivian Jade; Dianne and Tony Gattusso and all Cox family, my aunts, uncles, cousins, my grandmothers Rosa and Gloria Prewett, who were also poets My aunt Edilma, a poet, and of course, last but not least, my amazing daughter who is my inspiration. She is so delightful and a great comfort and light to me. And, Finally, I dedicate This book to My Precious And Extraordinary daughter, who is A Warrior, like Myself. She is so dear to My Heart. What A Great, Delight, and Comfort she, is to me. It, is a, privilege and Honor to be her Mother and I Hope on day to Make her proud of Me and Guide Her with these Manuscripts.
