What about Wally? Co-Parenting a Pet with Your Ex. - Steve May
Helen Keller on dogs:
Usually they are quick to discover that I cannot see or hear… It is not training but love which impels them to break their silence about me with the thud of a tail rippling against my chair on gambols round the study, or news conveyed by expressive ear, nose and paw. Often I yearn to give them speech, their motions are so eloquent with things they cannot say.

THE LOVE OF A DOG IS PRICELESS.
This book is written to empower you to know what your legal rights and responsibilities are in relation to a shared pet. Often when people breakup they don’t think about how to handle the animals.

About the Authors
Foreword
This is a book by pet loverz for pet loverz.
For anyone who has ever loved a dog, and lost a relationship, this book is for you. Because not all love relationships work out forever, and with a 70% divorce rate for first time marriages there’s no doubt that spouses come and go, but the love of a good dog is forever.
Steven May has been in the pet world for the past 35 years as an expert on training, service to, providing and caring for all types of pets. His years of experience have gone into forming a method to co-parent a dog in a way that allows for the maximum enjoyment of the pet and the least conflict with the ex.
David Pisarra is a divorce lawyer in Santa Monica California who has had dogs, cats, birds and the occasional fish. He has represented hundreds of people over the years and provided solace and solutions to his clients about ways to co-parent pets.
Dogs have been a part of man’s family life for thousands of years now. From the earliest days of the Chinese Dynasties to the indulgent lifestyle of today’s pampered pooches, dogs have brought man joy, security, warmth, comfort and have shown us what is best in us, even when we forget it.
A dog is called man’s best friend because of their willingness to be subservient. They take abuse and keep loving. They give us hours of laughter and happy licks and ask for nothing in return.
Thousands of words have been said about dogs, but the best may be the idea that they are the opposite of teenagers; a dog is sad when you leave home, and happy when you come back and a teenager is happy when you leave and sad when you return.
Presidents, kings and queens have all spoken of the value of a dog. It was Harry S. Truman who spoke of the need for a dog if you wanted to have a friend in Washington D. C.
From the mythic three headed Cerberus, who guards the gates to Hades, to the ever resourceful
