A business owner struggles with the same issues as the author, and ends up working extremely long hours to keep his business afloat.

To escape the swamp, you must first drain the swamp. This means developing systems for producing and delivering your product or service, and training others to do the same job as you.

You must let go of these two parts of your old identity: being the best in the world at your craft and associating yourself with your business. You are not your company, and the healthiest and fastest way to grow it is to disassociate your identity from it.
