The FPMT is an organization devoted to preserving and spreading Mahayana Buddhism worldwide by creating opportunities to listen, reflect, meditate, practice and actualize the unmistaken teachings of the Buddha and based on that experience spreading the Dharma to sentient beings. We provide integrated education through which people’s minds and hearts can be transformed into their highest potential for the benefit of others, inspired by an attitude of universal responsibility and service. We are committed to creating harmonious environments and helping all beings develop their full potential of infinite wisdom and compassion. Our organization is based on the Buddhist tradition of Lama Tsongkhapa of Tibet as taught to us by our founder, Lama Thubten Yeshe and our spiritual director, Lama Thubten Zopa Rinpoche.

Practice Requirements:
Anyone can do this practice. However, if you do not have a highest yoga tantra empowerment, do not visualize yourself as the deity.
The Lama Zopa Rinpoche Practice Series is a special collection of practice materials that serves to present and preserve Rinpoche's practice lineage, oral instructions, and translations.
Motivation
May all the wishes of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Lama Thubten Zopa Rinpoche be fulfilled immediately.
May all wars, religious conflicts, and disharmony in the world be pacified and may all epidemics be eliminated.
May all the activities of the FPMT be most beneficial for the six-realm sentient beings and for the flourishing of the Buddha's teachings.
May all FPMT projects be free of all obstacles and succeed immediately, especially the Maitreya Project, Padmasambhava Project for Peace, [insert any local projects here].
May we be able to complete all the realizations of the path in order to be able to free all sentient beings from suffering and lead them to enlightenment. And may all our virtuous temporal wishes for ourselves, family, friends, and so forth be fulfilled.
May all those who have died either be reborn in a pure land where they can become enlightened or at least take a perfect human rebirth, especially [insert their names].
May all those who are sick and suffering receive whatever help they need, especially [insert their names].
Blessing the Offerings
The inner offering, torma offering, and tea offering can be blessed according to any highest yoga tantra practice. For general purposes, do Self-Generation as Vajrabhairva, and then do either Abbreviated Blessing, or Extensive Blessing.
