About this ebook
With thought firmly in place of our decisions and interactions between ourselves and the world out there, we maintain the carrots in front of us, with our daily and direct consent, that will encourage us to get distracted and divert from our direct and uncorrupted goals.
Thought and our distractions are intimately related and are each others lifeline unless we comprehend the way of the carrot and where thought has its claws in us.
Thoughts are always within our psychological realm but the influence thought has in our lives, can certainly be tamed, understood and finally controlled, although no school, College or University syllabus, no Health & Safety handbook and no Mental Health instructions ever mention this therefore, those who dangle the carrots have even our consent as their tool in us.
From the moment we are raised and educated, we are influenced by people who are solely following their thoughts and therefore, we are directly impregnated to listen to thought as our direct and only instructor.
This book deals with thought, supplies you with the direct capabilities to harness the influence thought has in us and the way to minimize the effect carrots out there have on us directly to alleviate us from distractions to fundamentally and drastically improve our life.
To get back on track, your track, all that requires change is the way you deal with the influence of your thoughts and structural improvement is literally a thought away when you see how thought is operating in us.
This book shows you how.
And the way the carrot is affecting us in our decisions when thought is crushingly dominant in us.
Enjoy

Born in The Netherlands, moved to The Highlands in Scotland on the evening of 11-11-2008, didn't look back. From Edinburgh to Inverness, living in the middle of no where, deer and nature all around. Started to look within to find what was under the false personality which, as a child, I felt, was there to cope with the world of grown ups around me from a very young age. When the 1st 3 years of my life were full on encouragement to laugh, walk, talk, pursue to experience when it all changed into correction, telling me what not to do without telling what I could do from 5 years onwards. I started to see that we all are caught in this merry-go-round, this appearance we hold up and started to write books where, in the past I had my diaries to get me through. Aikido came into my life after a few lessons Jiu-Jitsu to gain confidence where I firmly decided not to want any killing reflexes in this body I left Jiu-Jitsu for Aikido and Iaido which changed my life entirely in a very good way. Books were coming to me at the right time: NLP got me into the right mind set and bumped into it in a second hand book store during a holiday in Ireland for just under a Euro. I chose to invest 30 min each day from then on to change me into who I am: confident, unattached, competent and self assured with life, nature and animals. Pure self and learned from there to listen to my heart with my mind as a worthy advisor to what's going on out there. Thoughts are just options. Started to publish my books in 2013 after both my parents passed away on a very respectable age. Sharing my thoughts and later, my experiences without thought infecting my being, understanding thought and how it is hijacked out there from a very young age and to keep you away from your core inside: the real you you are. Enjoy my experiences in this life, written down for whoever has support by them or fall into your lap as books fell to me without a search, life just happens. Discovered that the real reality is the life support system out there: no books, no gods, no symbols, no religions, no past, no future, just nature as it is is enough, always perfectly on time although our egoic state of mind will disapprove... What Is is now and moving fast into a new now, no time to think as thinking is way to slow to get the real and exact signals, impulses into our senses. Loving what I do, doing what I...

The Way of the Carrot - Arjen Broens
From the first, initial instance a thought enters your field of awareness, bubbling up from the sea of opportunities, possibilities and options, the seed is put forward, requesting your attention.
If and when you give it your attention, consciously or subconsciously, the neural pathway that gave way to this thought, gains energy and strengthens from that specific attention.
It kindles the fire and the source of opportunities and possibilities produces more of the same thoughts because of the consent you gave it with giving it your attention.
Since this specific neural pathway is stimulated in its energy state, it is used more easily to find more energy from your attention and becomes more exited in its energy state: your system knows what you want now, but do you?
By giving a thought your attention you inadvertently kick-start a magnetic attraction of More-of-the-Same thoughts, because of that exited, conductive state of this specific neural pathway in our brain.
Thoughts will be produced randomly in variations but all are focussed around the core of the subject you gave your attention to: your neural system is simply not able to do anything else than to follow the direction of your attention, whether you like the outcome or not, whether you are conscious of it or not, whether you are in control of it or not.
Thoughts, as they occur, are options, not facts. They have imagination and illusions as their space to operate in: vast and seemingly endless.
Because of your consent to the direction of your attention, thought has to follow. If we are not consciously aware of this, thought comes across as intimidatingly dictating and defining an outcome for us as if it is in charge. It is not, you are.
This accumulation of thoughts seemingly creates the structure called mind: the one we experience as wiser, smarter and more decisive than ourselves but we, ourselves, are actually the only conductor here where thoughts are concerned.
Mind is only perceived wiser because it throws up thoughts that we did not foresee, opens directions of ideas where we least expected it. We are surprised by its freshness but that is only a deceiving one as it only throws them in to keep us away from its death: finding out that it does not exist.
Ego follows after this split between me and my mind, where mind is considered separate from me, the thinker. Ego is an inflated state of
