Duncan who welcomed us, was fantastic. He surpassed any previous number ones! He could not do enough to help and make sure that we were comfortable and had all that we needed. When the Callan, came back from his holiday, he again was lovely, helpful and kind, but Duncan had already taken the top spot. The food was very good. We noticed that some people complained about the lack of choice. It is the end of the season and hotels are closing down, so naturally the choice will be a bit less. Each night there was a couple of different choices, from the night before. Had absolutely no complaint about the food, presentation and flavours."
