A very nice hotel. Room is not very big but somehow felt spacious, especially comparing with topical Japanese hotel rooms. The front deck lady was super nice and helpful. Breakfast has high rating, but I found was OK. Love the lobby and the wall paper in the room, which make the hotel special.

VIP access lounge was great for evening drink. Not only non-alcohol drinks, but wines, beers, and Japanese sake were free. All our family enjoyed it during our stay.

The property was decent and conveniently located. But we were disappointed about how poorly cleaned the room was. They seemed to have never cleaned the window sashes - there was filthy dust buildup. The windowpanes were dirty, too. Other cutting corners on cleaning were found with the coffeemaker, shower heads, dusty furniture, and light fixtures. We felt unsanitary on arrival but there was no way to open the windows for ventilation. We didn’t use the restaurant or other facilities so unfortunately that’s the only impression we had on this hotel.

Room was comfortable and clean, and staff was helpful and courteous when we make clarifications and seek assistance. Parking, while available on-site in the basement is limited, and some of these lots are not suitable for MPVs. Recommend you make prior arrangements to park your vehicle in front of the hotel instead. Recommended.

Nice clean room. As in all Japan hotels, not very big, enough for 2 persons with big luggages. Just have to walk carefully. The bath towels are more for children than adults. Overall, nice hotel, and very nice lobby.

Outstanding customer service at this property. The front desk staff can speak English and they supplied me with a charging converter when I asked. I had a great stay here and would choose this hotel again if I return to Fukuoka
